  • lol that would be funny if they all got killed

  • 31:00 TITANIC

  • wow. now where do you sign up for eh job like that. there is neve eh dall moment being eh storm chaser. love it .

  • I'll bet you never felt more alive when the winds blew out your windows! hahaha! Humans!

  • ur first mistake was having a woman drive you.

  • Thank God everyone was okay

  • Great footage! My question is: Did anyone need to change his/her undies after this encounter? Glad nobody lost an eye with all that glass blowing in. Thanx for posting.

  • thats what she said 5:33 5:35

  • haha man that large hail was like the storm rubbing salt in your wounds. once in a lifetime experience, though.

  • No, just go in yourself alone.

  • .40 is the scariest

  • WOW

  • Crazy ass krackas...smh

  • weren't you chasing with legendary chaser Jim Leonard?

  • @AJTwister97 Yes

  • leave it to the lamborghini galardo.

  • @jason30963. You don't understand the properties of wind force. Wind force increases with the square of the wind speed. For example, a 100 mph wind exerts four times the force of a 50 mph wind, and a 200 mph wind exerts four times the force of a 100 mph wind, etc..All of the most extreme damage from tornadoes is consistent with winds in the 200-300.mph range.

  • @cape6000jkg I Understand You Want Storm-Chasering Outlawed, But It Isn't Our Problem If People Wanna Be Idiots And Go Chase A Terrible Storm And Risk Their Lives Without Experience Too. O.O

  • Or start chasing alone.

  • Just if you take people with you storm chasing, you need to start caring about them and do a better job of keeping them safe.

  • @cape6000jkg I was a tourist not a guide

  • @cape6000jkg give them some body armor, a hockey helmet, and duct tape them to the back seat and they'll be fine :D

  • 1:09 it was like a wonderwaffle

  • I thought tornadoes picked up cars and threw them down miles away. I really don't understand how they pick up a car but I guess it sucks are in from the surrounding area and up but even so I would think that it has more to do with pressure than wind speed. I say this because some of the damages they cause seem to be in excess of what a winds of 200-300 mph would do.

  • @kdw75 A tornado does not suck like a vacuum cleaner. It has an updraft and downdraft and rotation. Cars can get blown in one direction, but not really "picked up." The center of the vortex is a void of low pressure, but the air is not traveling up a "tube." If you were to stand in the center it would be similar to the eye of a hurricane however it may have a smaller vortex at its core. how high or far the wind can carry objects is based on wind speed and updraft.

  • @kdw75 This was a satillite tornado near the main tornado that crossed over their car, it was relatively weaker than the main one.

  • If you want to do something dangerously yourself, fine. Just don't put other people in harm's way with you. If you don't care if you get hurt, fine. But you need to care about others' safety and well-being before your own. And this is a prime example of why commercial storm chasing needs to be outlawed. The ivolvement of money needs to be outlawed.

  • Understood. I realize that no one intemded to drive into it. My point is that if everyone had been watching more carefully, they would not have driven into it. And that,s my point about chasing. If people are not safe enough at chasing they should not be chasing. You said, "Who cares if they got hurt.". Well I care if they or someone else gets hurt. Do you not care about others well-being? Do you only care about yourself? If you led this tour, you are responsible for safety.

  • Yes it's true that no one can teel if you are chasing. And chasing itself is not the issue . Wannabe and inexperiebced/amateurs who do not know how to avoid hazardous situations to thenselves, their passengers, and other traffic on the road should not be chasing. And money should be outlawed in storm chasing. Commercial storm chasing places the most passengers in danger, And it encorages more amd more unsafe wannabeis/inexperiedced people to chase. Outlaw the money, and solve the problem.

  • You said "if the injuries were no worse". That is not a caring or compassionate statement. So their being hurt is okay with you? Well it's not okay with me. Like I said, next time you need to be the driver of that SUV and in it alone, without passengers, and have someone film you from a safe distance.

  • @cape6000jkg Everyone was ok, We all had injuries, but nothing was anything worse than if you fell and scraped your knee. No pain no gain. Who cares of they got hurt. It is an individuals decision to do this stuff and they assume every risk. You need to stop worrying about what "could have" happened. I would storm chase on my own and would have no problem filming it and have someone film me. No one here intended to drive into the storm.

  • Understood. Just the right-to-left ditection doesn't show up well in the video. If I vas driving that SUV, I still would have kept it facing the wind at all times.

An overturning vehicle will subject a person to worse injuries. Even with seat belts, occupants being jerked around in their seats are at risk of spinal injuries. Without seat belts, potenially fatal head/spinal injuries may result. Even ejection from the vehicle and being crushed by the overturnibg vehicle.

  • Yes, exciting activities in life involve various dangers. But those activities that involve endangering the public safety must be subjected to laws that protect the public. Storm chasing in an unsafe way endangers chasers, their passengers, and other traffic as well. This is why laws need to be in place to enforce action against it. Just like seat belt laws, Antidrug laws, liquor laws, fireworks regulation laws etc. Commercial storm chasing is the worst form of it.

  • @cape6000jkg No one can tell you that you are chasing a storm. "we are just driving." Most of the time your stay at a safe distance, but it can be hard to get out of the way of the storm when the direction of it changes which is what happened here.

  • @cape6000jkg Amen... Not only that but the fact people get a rush, from something so destructive meanwhile it is whiping out cities, towns, peoples properties, lives, etc it messed up. I am someone who studies weather and has done some chasing for the science- people who do it for the thrill... just messed up...

  • You wanted the SUV to overturn? Do you hate the people who were in it? Do you want blood and suffering in your videos? Weren't the cuts and blood suffered by those two women enough to satisfy your craving for an action video? If you had compassion for other people and cared about their safety, you wouldn't say that. Next time you drive that SUV, and alone with no passemgers into the path of a tornado. Have someone follow at a safe distance and film the SUV being overturned. Just you in it.

  • @cape6000jkg I said if the injuries were "no worse" it would have been worth. One girl was pregnant. No I did not want anything to happen to anyone, but if something does I would want to record the first hand experience. It's not like I hope for it.

  • Pressure change could not have broken those windows. the wind velocity necessary to exert the pressure to cause failure woul have left the SUV as a crumpled hunk of metal out in that field. Sudden temperature change such as a sharply cooler gust of wind with some cool water spray from wet ground or rain will shatter those thin laminated windows, especially on newer vehicles. The video shows enough light ground debris blowing to shatter all those windows, all at once or not.

  • From the video, it shows only wind blowing from left to right across the SUV. Tornado or microburst doesn't matter. the driver had plenty of time to face the wind. I've done that in tornadoes. I would have whipped that SUV around to face the wind in a heartbeat. In a tornado, it's a constant action to take, And if everyone was watching carefully as they shold have been they would not have been blindsided, and no one would have been hurt.

  • @cape6000jkg The wind first came from the right side ripping off the rocket box and suitcases blowing them to the left of the car then due to the vortex the wind direction then carried those things from the left blowing them back to the right passing in front of the car shown at the end of the video.

  • Foriegn tornado tourists need to stay home and keep their money as well.

  • Insofar as amateur or commercial storm chasing, such chasers cause danger to themselves, their passengers and other traffic on the roads during severe weather. There needs to be laws passed to outlaw the profiting from and the financing of storm chasing. Take the money out of it and the problem is solved. With jail time and stiff fines awaiting, people will think twice about commercial storm chasing. No one should chase unless they know what they are doing.

  • @cape6000jkg Maybe you don't understand what it is like to have no personal life becuase you work 6 days a week 12 hours a day for years. Life passes by so fast it's like standing still watching yourself get old while your surroundings are a blur. Sometime you need to kick start your motivation to see a meaning to life. That's why many people climb mountains without rope, Skydive, bungee jump or Base jump. It's all risky, but worth it.

  • The window glass on newer vehicles is fragile and cheap. The windows on a 70s or 80s model vehicle would not have broken from that gravel/light debris. I've been there/done that in much stronger tornadoes. I have chased for many years and seen many tornadoes. You need to face the wind when it gets strong. The driver here apparently didn't know that. From the video, either a microburst or weak tornado hit them. There is a very small weak tornado briefly in the foreground.

  • @cape6000jkg The windows broke from the immense pressure change. All the windows including the thick back window all went at the same exact time. There was no way to position the car. The vortex was a result of the larger tornado that broke up into several smaller vortexes for a few seconds. I was there I know how it went down. The vortex passed right over the vehicle it would not have mattered which way the car was facing. Everyone will die some day and I rather die having fun.

  • @cape6000jkg People that are not storm chasing but are caught in it should mimic or follow what storm chaser are doing becuase most of the time they know the best options. Its not always predictable. I actually would have liked the car to be overturned. As long as injuries were no more than what they were. It would have made a better video and an experience to bring new meaning to living. life gets pointless when its only work until you die.

  • This video is a prime example of the current state of storm chasing in the USA. It is sad. There are way to many thiill seeking amateurs on the roads during severe weather. They endanger themselves, their passengers, and other traffic as well. I am outraged at this video because two women recieved cuts from the window glass. That was only a weak tornado that damaged their SUV. Flying gravel etc. broke the glass not wind. They are fortunate the wind was not strong enought to overturn it.

  • Now tell me how u twist it

u see it twistin at you, and u probly didnt miss it we ooooooon

    its f4 motherfucker,

if u aint twistin wit it twist from it motherfucker alright !. lol remix

  • what a shitty place to live at huh? no wonder it's deserted.

  • @saucy05 Mostly farmland. People like it becuase the population is very low and everyone knows everyone. There is a lot of freedom to do what you wish on all the land and there practically is no crime. If anyone likes the old fashioned way of living with a few modern perks this is the place to do it. There is a lot of the country that is not populated or at least land that is not built on. Hard to imagine unless you see it.

  • @saucy05 FUCK YOU I AM BORN AND BRED OKLAHOMAN AND I"D BEAT YO PANSY ASS SO FUCKING FAST AND THEN GRAB MY BOTTLE OF JACK AND PISS IN THAT TORNADOES FACE!!!!
