Hey! I find your videos very entertaining and useful too :D I'm kind of amazed the different versions of this specific dish (I'm Mexican you see) and I can tell you tacos are a very common dish, the way it's prepared over here is by grabbing some corn tortillas (I noticed you used flour ones) and roll them with some chicken inside and fry them like that. With some cream, lettuce, tomatoes and salt on top ^^

Maybe I'll make a video to show you that :P

@JooseyJuice This is a very late reply. However, thank you very much. I find one of the drawbacks of cooking shows is the lack of humour and I try to bring that to the foreground. My main inspiration for this is "Good Eats" which is my favourite cooking show!
