when she's in angel wing mode, she will only cast offensive spells. depending on how you set up her junctions, you can have her continuously cast meteor (or any other spell of your choice look up the angel wing faq on gamefaqs :)

In my opinion, Dragon Ball isn't the best thing that ever happened but why would it be a gimmick. It may not be comprise of the most complicated and complex characters. Shockwave Pulsar is a limit, not a magic, hence you cannot draw it. Quistis, however, can learn it by refining a 100 curse spikes in to one Dark Matter, which when used in Quistis gives her the Shockwave Pulsar limit break. Curse Spikes are obtained from the Tri-Face enemy.

Do a no level up game until you get str spr mag and vit bonus abilities. Then equip all 4 and lvl up to 100. From there it is VERY easy to max stats with crap magics.

Meteor is the only way to go when using Angel wing. If Rinoa's Magic is 255, Angel wing status will cause her to have 5x her magic, past the stat cap. Meteor is the only magic with multiple hits so it's wise to stick to that. Also, Rinoa will cast random magic but only certain random magic that's junctioned to her. It's easy to manipulate the magic she casts with a faq.
