typically i would agree with you, but when the police arrive to aid him he did nothing but try to resist them, claiming they were trying to kill him which obviously wasn't the case. the only reason i would agree with them tasing him in this situation is because he was obviously on pcp. now, people on pcp do insane things that they would never do sober, like a man once ate his 4 year old son's eyeball because he was having a bad trip. when dealing with that it's best to take proper precautions.
