I feel sorry for anyone in Gaza. They are victims of terrorism, not of Israel. Exclusion from Israel has drastically cut down on suicide bombings. Once the Palestinian authority was allowed to be established it could have developed the economy instead of organizing terror attacks. Then the facilities would be available in Gaza and the West Bank. It is hard to understand how dysfunctional Arab governments can be (for their citizens) and still survive.
