Not a bad lesson but instead of the C# dominant 7 (which *does* work as a chord substitution however), Jason Mraz actually plays a diminished chord.

Nice lesson, my only recommendation is to use a guitar with standard inlay so that beginners can tell which fret you are sliding to.

it sounds better if you do the barred E at the 9th fret. I mean, that is how Jason plays it....

@sheetz9821 Thats all cool, tons of ways to play it. I like to teach people without the capo as barre chords have to be learnt at some point and its good to push yourself to get them!
