Congressman Cleaver introduced as Speaker of the House

He had to wait for the parliamentarian to tell him to say "the Chair lays before the House a communication from the Speaker"? They say the same thing everyday. Shouldn't he know the routine by now?

I wonder how much longer they will be allowed to pray in congress? And how long till "under God" is removed from the pledge? And how much longer will the gentle woman from the Virgin Islands be able to openly say "We pray for the two men"? I fear for this country & the implications that will come from a nation that mocks God openly in film and television and written journalism. I do thank God, however, that for just a while longer we can enjoy the ability to openly pray in the Senate and House.
