  • trop fort !!! yesssssss !

  • fucin' melle mel!:)

  • Well then the label must be a little inaccurate regarding playtime. For 9:00+, there would have to be 2 tracks, so I thought. I did not accuse anyone of misrepresenting the truth.

So I guess the music is the same. well, at least the SAMPLES are included! Ever hear the BAB100 RE? it's weird with the samples removed. Herbie Jr never signed those either.

  • The Audio you are hearing is Side 2 of the Beauty & the Beast 12" prior to them being sued, so the RUN-DMC samples are intact.

You'll notice the run-time on the video is 9:00+; the ARS instrumental is 7:11. I have never heard this.

Luckily at this moment, there are 2 ARS Belgium singles for sale. We'll see. BUT! this does bring back memories.

  • @BREAKINGENIGMA playtime 9 but 7:11 labeled .. yes, sometimes there are mistakes in a production. But what you hear is definitly this 12" what you see in this video!

  • WHERE CAN I GET THIS? FOR REAL!

  • This is the version i that i have long looked for. This is "All that and then some" True Old School and at least no of these "C-rappers" Have taken this cut today

  • Way to go! I was looking to hear this LR Instrumental. It's been more than 20 years.

    Great post.

  • Duke Bootee and the Latin Rascals produced this, they did not use the Art of Noise, more like the Art of Noise were influenced by them...

  • i went to school with dj cheese and his brother plainfield high school he used to dj the parties there

  • i kind of remember this one anyway im luvin the bass and skrachin';-)

  • I meant "IN" the early 80s LOL

  • sounds like they sampled Art of Noise...message me if you know wassup

  • most of the drum machines used the same samples on the early 80s

  • OBERHIEM DMX - It was a SAMPLING drum machine... so it could sound like anything. - It was all the heavy crunch gated beats of the 80's electro & early hip hop that was cool.

Still tearing holes in speakers 25 years on!!!

  • it sounds like the used art of noise beat box

  • Yeah, I have the record and dont recall this version, still brings me back to 1985-86, man, this was in top 10 back then!!

  • thanks for this instrumental!

  • ))) U Are kakashka))

  • Where can I get this version?

  • Nice 12" upload !! Thx miller ;-)

  • "Latin Racals" lol. Nice upload, I never heard the instrumental.

  • Racals ..:D yes, as I saw it, I must laugh too. I have that 12" Vinyl soooo many years, but never saw that there is a letter missing. *LOL*

  • LOL

  • Back in the day I had the 12" of this as well - in fact, I had both the original version on the Beauty And The Beat label and the US vinyl of the Latin Rascals mix (complete with the instrumental and bonus beats tracks) on the Profile label...that was my jam back then. Thanks for posting!

  • This is wanna the best electro funk jams ever in my opinion. This is the first time i heard the instrumental side. I never knew it was the Latin Rascals into I heard it at miller4th502nd. That Run and DMC cut sound great... Great upload Miller.. You go boyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy.

  • Thaaaaaaaanks ;)
