inh pulls b6 out of the body, and the resulting b6 deficiency causes the neuropathy. thats why u need to give b6 when using inh.

what about streptomycin i know some pt receving streptomycin,can u tell me when u used strptomycin.

@MrFayyaz73 Under the DOTS programme we have in India, Streptomycin is added when treating patients who are sputum positive and have suffered a relapse of the disease or are defaulters to treatment.
