@Boarderdude147 he put too much in so it was just burning the fuel, thats why it went WHOOSH huge flame when he blew on it, more air inside, you only need a split second burst to do it, these guys probs filled the tire with the stuff by the ammount it burned LOL
HAHAHA, its too cold the the WD-40 condense too fast, so u end up burning on the surface of the "sitting" WD-40. you need it to be warm enough so you have enough WD-40 fumes hanging around there and you light it up to create an exposion...
