I'm using OS XP and I see nothing called utilities, or Adobe Installers.... Where would I find this to remove CS4 so I can reinstall it Please?

everytime i try to uninstall something but it says adobe bridge is running!!!!!! What the hell please helppppp

Is Adobe Bridge running? That is really strange. Definitely sounds corrupted.

Thank you! Flash has been acting up and I've been trying to reinstall it. Every time I'd try to reinstall it the set up would say I already have it installed even though I thought I erased everything. Thank you so much for this!
