Well, he is extrodinarily good, but being the fastest guitar player doesnt mean your the best. It just means you took an original piece that you may or may not have composed and sped it up. Whereas Eric Clapton and Jimi Hendix, they may not play this fast, but their playing is so excelent, they make it look easy. But, I'm sure, Batio is a possible runner- up.

Michael is left handed, but started at age 10 playing a right handed guitar. He invented the Double-Guitar because he could also play left handed as well. Hope this helps.

"warm up" ha. I laugh at that. Something is wrong with this man. He was born with a guitar in his hand-no, two! I cannot believe that he can do that. I am struggling with sweep picking and "basic" shredding, and now, MAB comes around. I feel unworthy to call myself a guitarist!

Don't worry just practice, practice, practice, but a bit of advice, if you want to improve your shred skills, when you learn a new scale also learn chrods that sound good with that scale but instead of strumming the chords sweep them. So for example play a pattern ascending in a scale and then descending sweep a chord. That's how I got better. Then use the chords to connect scale notes in different positions.
