I used to work for T-mobile. Worse job ever, two weeks of poor training first day didnt have a clue what i was doing. They outsource their calls to manilla where you get to speak to someone putting a fake american accent who doesnt know anything about the products or services. Thank god i dont work for them anymore and suprise suprise they messed up my staff plan so no i have to phone manilla to get £177 of my own money back. I HATE T-MOBILE!!!!!!

They ask you the information so some one can't impersonate you and get your personal information. A lot of the times the rep's computer systems won't show the same information, so even though you might be transferred to another department the other department's computer system won't have the information populated either. As much as you bitch and whine you probably would feel differently if someone got a hold of your info because of lax security.

They cancel one phone & charged $69 for the other one. Called again. They said one still under contract (both phones purchased at same time). Well?, they send a final bill for like $600.
I told my Wife: "Good luck in collecting it". I have a razor for sale. I'm not paying a Penney LOL.
Pay backs are also hell. When purchased the two phones we were promised a $100.00 rebate. Never got it. We waited for the contract to expired and then cancel.

i dont agree with you one bit, if your were to work at tmobile you would understand. 90% of the calls they get are from people like you, that i believe should take an aptitude test in order to have a cell phone service, yall call for some stupid ass reasons. i have been with company since 1998 since it was SOL communications, they will bend over backwards to give you what you need. I used to work for T-mobile. Worse job ever, two weeks of poor training first day didnt have a clue what i was doing. They outsource their calls to manilla where you get to speak to someone putting a fake american accent who doesnt know anything about the products or services. Thank god i dont work for them anymore and suprise suprise they messed up my staff plan so no i have to phone manilla to get £177 of my own money back. I HATE T-MOBILE!!!!!!

They ask you the information so some one can't impersonate you and get your personal information. A lot of the times the rep's computer systems won't show the same information, so even though you might be transferred to another department the other department's computer system won't have the information populated either. As much as you bitch and whine you probably would feel differently if someone got a hold of your info because of lax security.

The difference here between "it's just youtube" and the comment is that WE have to deal with this on a daily basis. Our job is to help as efficiently as possible. That's why there is different departments for different technicians. You never really quite elaborated what the initial problem was or how you weren't helped. i know how u feel, iv'e been stuck with tmobile for a year and a half, and it sucks, they're customer support sucks, i think they hire random hobos for that, and they wont even give a free phone away to replace a broken one without another 2 year contract. its $200 per line to cancel. im never going with tmobile ever again. and i cant recieve calls or texts on my phone. so im paying a monthly bill for nothing. and they wont do anything about it

LOL. My Wife & I decided to cancel T Mobil. Went to one of their store & no help. We called & cancel. They kept charging. Paid & told them to cancel service. Ok again. They cancel one phone & charged $69 for the other one. Called again. They said one still under contract (both phones purchased at same time). Well?, they send a final bill for like $600.
I told my Wife: "Good luck in collecting it". I have a razor for sale. I'm not paying a Penney LOL.

your on hold for like 40 minutes that once you get on line they say im sorry i can not deal with this issue let me transfer you to someone higher, then once i get to them and explain there like we will let our other techs handle this and it goes in a loop over and OVER, they dont know anything about phones, they have no idea what there doing, and when you go just 1 minute over THEY SHUT OFF THE PHONE!!!

When you call you get a person on the other end that sounds like someone they picked up off the corner of 125th & Lenox with maybe a 10th grade education if that , and when you ask for the number to lets say Applebees and give them the address they'll say sorry I;m not showing a listing for that , as if the building suddenly disappeared. The kicker is I called once and asked for Smith and she said can you spell that.
