  • I used to work for T-mobile. Worse job ever, two weeks of poor training first day didnt have a clue what i was doing. They outsource their calls to manilla where you get to speak to someone putting a fake american accent who doesnt know anything about the products or services. Thank god i dont work for them anymore and suprise suprise they messed up my staff plan so no i have to phone manilla to get £177 of my own money back. I HATE T-MOBILE!!!!!!

  • They ask you the information so some one can't impersonate you and get your personal information. A lot of the times the rep's computer systems won't show the same information, so even though you might be transferred to another department the other department's computer system won't have the information populated either. As much as you bitch and whine you probably would feel differently if someone got a hold of your info because of lax security.

  • LOL. My Wife & I decided to cancel T Mobil. Went to one of their store & no help. We called & cancel. They kept charging. Paid & told them to cancel service. Ok again. They cancel one phone & charged $69 for the other one. Called again. They said one still under contract (both phones purchased at same time). Well?, they send a final bill for like $600.

    I told my Wife: "Good luck in collecting it". I have a razor for sale. I'm not paying a Penney LOL.
