Some hesitation can be part of an interpretation of this composition which is, please remember, a SONG with deep felt words. I feel the player is having a heavy time with his double-notes. To be clear, IMO this is indisputably skilled playing unfortunately heard through bad acoustics. Slam me with thumbs down if you disagree but doing that is neither constructive nor very coherent.
