Smok, that made very little sense.

Each class has its own look, colour is random, but shard shooters have a hate and vest, gunners are wearing black leather and helmet, Etc. They wouldnt let you choose your own look as it would be harder to tell what class it is.

Get a headshot noob. This game was not a copy of COD4, and I do not understand how everyone is comparing it to that. The .50 cal (on farcry) kills in one hit to the head or torso, sooo yeah, get some kills and unlock it.
