They (the forces of the universe) dont even 'make DNA' of the quality that could produce an Olivia Newton-John today. Her beauty & purity of voice is another order of being.
No plastic surgery- or facelifts, no collagen injections. She's a product of good living. Pure and simple. I'm from California, fuul of plastic people, and she represents everything clean and a good soul.
Here is a beautiful woman who can really sing, huge talent. comapre this to the S*** you hear on X-Factor. Seeing this performance should make some modern artists ashamed at the drivel they pass off as singing. Thanks for posting this lovely video!
Olivia is just an amazing person , she is my role model and i am 13 , she has inspired me to be healthy and since october 2nd ive lost 32 pounds and i am feeling great , she has done so many incredible things with and for womens health , the earth , and animals , and she also has an amazing voice and is beautiful , i hope i can meet her some day , she truly is a phenomenal woman !

Take me Home, Country Roads was released on John Denvers 4th studio album "Poems, Prayers and Promises" album in May 1971. It hit #1 spot on "Billboards Hot 100" in USA in August 1971.
Olivia Newton-John recorded her hit of the song in 1973 - and it hit #6 in Japan and #43 in USA!!!!!!!
Take me Home, Country Roads and/or the music of that song, have been recorded over 1,000 times worldwide!!!! (The leader is Yesterday over 3,000 recordings!!)
Ah ONJ, our idol at 16 she is so sweet and innocent looking.dont make 'em like that anymore..our poor kids..now its all knickers, bra's drugs and rehab..nothing left to the imagination..
ONJ was born in 1948, so she was not 16 here, RebeccaJaneF; she was approximately 25 years old, and she didn't stay so sweet and innocent; she promoted smoking as a way to look cool in "Grease," and she went the normal route of using sex to sell her videos in the 1980s; by the way, Olivia is ethnically half Jewish if you were wondering. Her Jewish grandfather won a Nobel Prize in physics.

@RebeccaJaneF LOL! You can't be "half Jewish". You are thinking like a Nazi. Or... are you actually a Nazi? Anyway, being a Jew is a STATE OF MIND, a religion. It is not in someone's DNA. Have you heard of a "half-Christian" or "1/3 Hindu"? If you get confused, the easy way to tell a religion from one's ethnicity or race is that you can change your religion. Someone can become a Jew, but one cannot become Asian or change their ethnicity from Dannish to Australian.
This comment has received too many negative votesshow
@Robert111, You're quite mistaken, Robert; Judaism is both a religion and an ethnicity; one can be both religiously Jewish AND ethnically Jewish (Rabbi Shmuley Boteach), or ethnically Jewish but not religiously Jewish (Zola Levitt), or ethnically non-Jewish but religiously Jewish (Elizabeth Taylor). Ethnic Jews don't fall under a separate race classification.
@stillwaterguy04 You simply don't understand the differences between a religion, ethnicity, and race. You proved this once again by saying that "Ethnic Jews don't fall under a separate race classification." You need to get a book or read about what a race is online somewhere because you sound ridiculous. Judiasm IS NOT A RACE unless you are a Nazi. Race is based on genetics. Do you know what genetics is? Judiasm is based one's BELIEFS. Get it?

@Robert111 Robert, you are a fool; you heard it here, and you can quote me. Read what you wrote and then try to understand how you're contradicting your own statements. Your logic is fallacious and fraught with conclusions based on flawed propositional antecedents.

If you get confused, just remember that you can't change your race, but you can change your religion. If you can CHANGE it, you are not talking about race or ethnicity. The state of being a Jew is within one's mind. Now you should realize how riduculous a "half Jew" would be...

@Robert111 Race and ethnicity are NOT the same thing; I think that's where you are getting so confused, but you're not worth my time. It's too bad that you can't change your brain. I've never understood why simple-minded people get so confused by the fact that one descriptive term is an ethnic designation AND a religion.
You're confused again. Go ahead and shoq me a quote where I told your dumbass that race and ethnicity are the same thing. Apparently you have trouble reading as well as thinking??? You can't change your race or ethnicity, but you can change your religion. This should help you identify what a religion is.

The original 2" master tape was degaussed (wiped) by the BBC. This exists only as a black & white kinescope, the original broadcast was in colour.
Mis-management at the BBC through the '60s and '70s resulted in 95% of 1960s TOTP being wiped and 70% of the 1970-1975 archive being wiped.
Hence the BBC are the laughing stock of broadcasters in Europe.
