@SHnoregrets1979 The Allman Brothers had 2 drummers and they had cool and unique sound. Joe Bonamassa used 2 drummers @ Royal Albert Hall and it sounded amazing. I guess this is the sound he wants.

One of those rare albums,where every track has some meaning in your life,and shifts your emotions.

I bought this album after hearing 'Midnight in Harlem',and was subsequently blown away by the rest of the tracks.

Tedeschis' vocals (and legs) are sublime,the rest of the band,(including Trucks) are awesome.

A great album,debut or not.

This is so great. Such insight. Haven't heard an album, or seen a band who've moved me so much for years. The gig in Paris is still running through my veins. I cant believe this still exists. I mean, new groups of prodigies...geniuses...call them what you want, but the fact that they are all doing this for the sake of art and not money. Having been Derek's biggest fan for several years now as well as a great admirer of Susan's work, its still hard for me to grasp just how important they are in the history of popular music and how tragic it is that they still do not have the audience size that they deserve.

If you haven't seen this band play live yet, do yourself a favor and find a show to get to. As someone who spends all of their free time (and money) seeing bands, I can say from the two Tedeschi Trucks Band shows I've seen recently that the whole band is truly world-class in every sense of the term. Talent, taste, style and grace! And make sure to pay attention to the drummers, Tyler "The Falcon" Greenwell and JJ Johnson. They're as tight as they get.
