Mouthy Cat

My cats, Emmie andDoodle, do this exact same thing.Emmie she meows when she catches a vicious and deadly sparkleball, and doodle with his little string toy. Both, it seems, are fishing for attention and praise. it seems to work to get them to pipe down when we're trying to sleep.

Not meant to be sad - he's just "chatty" that way. He likes the sound of his own voice. Most dependable chats when he's toting his favorite toy (this one).

Thanks! Not really, we play lots and lots. Sometimes he just picks up the toy and walks around with it. He "chats" all the time, just most reliably with the toy IN his mouth.
