@nutchan0731 Of course you are right. It is terrifying to the Japanese that citizens expose theft and corruption of the government. They should be allowed to commit seppuku for bringing shame on themselves for being anti Japanese. All Japanese know they are supposed to follow corrupt government officials without question. How arrogant!
Didn't they know that corrupt government officials in Japan smuggling whale meat are above the law? It is Japanese cultural issue!
They broke into the private property and stole whale meat. Japan is the country of law! We will never forgive these horrible criminals! Don't underestimate Japan!
Whales are very unique creatures and do not deserve to be run to extinction by japan and by the many stresses in their environment. I hope these protesters are able to convince this economic powerhouse that killing rare endangered animals is bad PR and will result in diplomatic problems with other countries. Is the whale meat trade really worth it? No. We have plenty land and sea for farming we do not need to destroy the natural world, we can live beside it in a sustainable way (I hope we can)
I dare this corrupt judicial system to find a jury that will condemn the Tokyo Two. I don't think they will be convicted but if they are, then it's time to add japan to the rogue countries for us and, for activist, to switch from activism to active sonar seeking torpedoes on whaling ships.
@goodcommentguy It's the same the world over, the ruling elite are not interested in justice only protecting their own ass.
In my experience no police force world wide is anything more than a tax collector and enforcer for the ruling elite, who on occasion when they really have to, will do some work for the public to quell possible unrest but much prefer just writing out crime numbers than dealing with any real issues you or I might care about.
@goodcommentguy corporate laws, corporate states. everything is owned by someone. that is the problem with society. we have lost our sense to share and care.
The whale meat is supposed to be sold to pay for the research by ICR. This is demanded by the International Whaling Commission.
Stealing the whale meat is stealing from the research. I don't know who was stealing it but those two guys were in the right to expose the crime. Their being against whaling is not an issue on this topic.
@cloudberry121 I think that MOST of our civilised world will be outraged that the meat is still marketed. and these two gentlemen have done an amazing job highlighting this evil trade at great risk to themselves. The fact that the meat is used to pay for the very practice most of us are against is an Outrage and must be STOPPED.
It took a long time to stop these rich carnivores from killing and eating our precious wildlife on the America's or African plains so why is the sea different.
Hey GreenPeace! How come you haven't spoken out against the OIL SPILL IN THE GULF? Is it because BRITISH PETROLEUM is one of your MAJOR DONORS in CHARITY FUNDS! GREENPEACE EQUALS HYPOCRITS! JUST FOLLOW THE MONEY!
@Dajuhan2u Just a quick check on Geenpeace's FAQ gave me this:
Where does Greenpeace get its funding from?
To maintain absolute independence Greenpeace does not accept money from companies, governments or political parties. We're serious about that, and we screen for and actually send checks back when they're drawn on a corporate account. We depend on the donations of our supporters to carry on our non violent campaigns to protect the environment.
With due respect to the Japanese Government, The two greenpeace activists have obtained/provided EVIDENCE/PROOF that the whalemeat trade is still in operation.
This is fking stupid, I can't even explain how stupid this is, its clear that the Japanese authorities are on the whaling side for money. The whole world need to know this and think of the right thing to do, it's bad enough that our atmosphere and air is being abuse now animals that hasn't done anything bad too. Before anyone reply to this asking what about the animals in factory farms, I don't agree with how they're being treated either.
they are so stupid. go to Yakuza's house to jool for drag or Fukushima

do some research, and not just en english there are some greenpeace articles regarding the oil spill.
Dreadfultime 1 year ago
@Dajuhan2u
People are already cleaning up the spill. If Greenpeace protests about it, they would just slow down the cleaning.
It's no use putting this topic in this video anyway so don't bother replying.

@Dajuhan2u do you have any examples of greenpeace getting sponsored by BP, or are you just making it up?
I genuinely would like to know.
