  • would just hanging in say a pull up position have the same affect as the invert i tried it today and my spine cracked right the way down

  • It has similar effect because the spine is unloaded. However, the effect of gravity pulling in the opposite direction is a little better then just hanging. Also, inversion causes your lymph to flow which is good for immunity.

  • Also you can roll your high glut on a tennis ball to relieve tension and stretch your hip flexors.

  • You could invert everyday. Just start by inverting for no more than a couple of minutes a day and then gradually increase the amount of time. Hope this helps!
