Save the earth! Ban the grossly polluting infernal combustion engine & all production & use of oil & gasoline as fuel. Phase in any of the existing, numerous alternate fuel engines immediately. The infernal combustion engine has been obsolete for 50 yrs & technology exists to burn even H2O safely as fuel with harmless emissions. Any carbon use tax levied is a fraud & scam.
