Pontiac Trans Am Concept ..... Insane!

Wow - this is more of what I would envision in a Pontiac Banshee than a Trans Am.

The Banshee was designed to be Pontiac's answer to the Corvette. A few concept models were produced and I believe there is only one that actually left the factory.

For the Trans Am, I'd rather see some of the other concepts I see floating around on youtube than this - but I could see this becoming a pretty nice 2-seater.

Not sure where you got these pictures from, but definitely not a Firebird concept. It's all photoshopped. This is actually the Acura Advanced Sports Concept. Back when you released this, GM had the new Camaro concept built, and they would have had the Firebird concept built at the same time since they are both based on the same platform. Please do us all a favor and remove this. It's an insult to both Acura and GM.

This is the way muscle cars should be looking. Im tired of seeing retro muscle cars. The Firebird always looked much more futuristic than its competition. To this day the 4th Generation Firebirds look Much Better than All of todays muscle cars. Imagine if Pontiac had released something like that. I know it's an NSX concept but maybe they got the idea from a 4th gen Firebird.

I really want a new T/A to come out. And V6 Firebird; just something to compete with the new Camaro and Mustang. I like the Camaro a lot, but a 2010 T/A would be so much better. Plus, the Camaro SS is 422 hp stock. I'd kill for a T/A with that. A new, better body (although the '98-'02's is still great) would also be soooo sweet.

That's a photoshoped 2007 Acura Advanced Sports Car concept. It was just added the pontiac symbol, the hood scoops, and the rear wing. But nonetheless the design changes matches with the Firebird, and make the concept look even better!

Son, the good OLD muscle cars were made from 1964 to 1970. Some of the body designs from '71 - '74 were good but because of the pollution laws, the performance of the early '70's cars sucked.
