  • I like how she thinks

all wepons are down so just ram them

come to think about it worf almost did the same thing in first contact

  • Aw, Dammit, Kathryn!

  • be interesting for others to watch. I liek DS9, while many people think that DS9 sucked. I like TNG and found most TNG episodes very exciting, while other people say TNG was the most boring series. These are called OPINIONS, guys! I accept that people like the Voyager, and that other people don't like TNG. I just can not understand why people talk about this even! It's like the most basic thing in life, history, philosphy, but most people are too stupid for it. WHY, WHYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY?!?!?!?!?!?

  • @TheRealityJack Because people want/need their opinions to be validated by others. They are not confident enough in themselves to simply enjoy what they enjoy and to allow others to enjoy other things.

  • You know why people REALLY hate Voyager? Because every person has different OPINIONS on things! Hard to imagine, I know. But why do people care about arguing what series is better? They can tell what series they PERSONALLY like more, and maybe the reasons for that, but a simple fact is, that there is no "better" series, it always depends on what a person thinks about it. But some ignorant bastards keep forgetting this. As someone who doesn't like Voyager too, I have to admit, that it might

  • she's all like "time's up, bitch!"

  • love it how the nacelle flys off like it dosnt want to die

  • It's amazing how similar the massive ship and Babylon 5 look.

  • I think it really hits it home in this scene, just how ravaged Voyager was during that year. In Timeless, she smacks hard into a planet and come out, reasonably unscathed (I know, the crew were all killed, but the ship would likely have been 'salvageable' with the right equipment), but here, torn to shreds slowly over the year the ship just 'splatters' against this ship, a warp engine even knocked loose by the impact.

  • @KaneinEncanto I think in Timeless the Ship was largely undamaged because the Budget does rarely allow messing with the CGI Voyager...one of the Reasons, the Ships are so clean...

  • @KaneinEncanto well, your kind of right, but in Timeless, Tom Paris was actually trying to land at speed that was too fast to be safe and it killed everyone.

  • @sexytrekkie lol if you look at the whole sequence, there wasn't much they could do. Think of how fast Slipstream Drive has to be to get someone from one end of the galaxy to the other in a matter of minutes. Now imagine being thrown into normal space at a comparable velocity so fast that the ship is literally falling apart. They were going to die anyway if they had stayed in space and there was no time to evacuate: landing was the only alternative. Just so happens their luck ran out.

  • Year of hell is one of the best star trek episodes ever!!!

  • Janeway transalation "&^%$ You"

  • Good riddance bitch.

Oh nooooooooo she will be back :(

  • fantastic episode. too bad it was all corrected when the ship was destroyed. it would have been cool if they had to continue on knowing what they went through. of course they would have had to find some way to do it without destroying voyager. and spend time getting the ship repaired. if thats possible.

  • Kamikaze Janeway! BANZAI!!! >:D

  • why is the explosion so small, i would expect that the warp core explodes and the entire ship obliterate...

  • @doudy009 It is possible that considering the amount of damage voyager already took over the year the warpcore was taken offline in order to prevent a chainreaction during the battle.

  • @TOK150 yeah, you're probably right, but kess lived her life backwards and she gave the temperal freq of the chronoton torpedo, why didn't they remembered that?

  • @doudy009 Kes never gave the temporal freq for the torpedo. She only got the temporal freq that effect her to move back in time. In the end of that episode, all Kes can do it warn them of the danger that laid ahead. They can't avoid it as Kes don't know the coordinate of the hostile space.

  • why you all hate neelix, he's a nice guy who talks a little to much

  • So thats where Picard got the bad habit of activating the self destruct and ramming starships into enemy vessels!

  • @sgtmyers88 LOL

  • ''times up!'' BAAANNNNZZZIIIIII

  • Time's up!

  • She's awesome XD

  • "Time's up" That was the best on-liner in the whole series!

  • From the sequence, looks like Voyager is running into Babylon 5 space station...that Krenim temporal ship looks like B5.

  • I would ask Janeway to erase 2001 and for me. Nothing has gone right since then.

  • notice that no matter how a ship is destroyed at least one nacell survives

  • Nothing A bit of duct tape and elbow grease cant handle

  • you could tell Kate Mulgrew wanted to say "time's up...BITCH" but couldn't.

  • Why Picards better? Cause he did the same thing WITHOUT blowing his ship up XD

  • Janeway is a graduate of the Dianna Troi School of Starship Flight

  • @cjharrisman lmao and asian women driver school...

  • @cjharrisman the troi flying jokes never get old! lol

  • fuck everyone on the voyager kill them all

  • fuck everyone on the voyager kill them all!!!!!!!

  • Voyager's core has much more antimatter than all her torpedoes combined; making a suicide run effective against a much more powerful ship.

  • Wow. Well, i really am not sure which series is better. Although DS9 has amazing character development and each of them are quite memorable.

  • "Time's up." Badass

  • hmmm Star trek XII: 8472 Invasion! would be very cool

  • lol, you said the exact same thing on another guy's vid. you really are serious about an 8472 movie, huh?

  • yea I am

  • Voyager took one hell of a beating! She's one tough ship!

  • Voyager is my favorite Trek, Mulgrew is an actor's actor even when they give her lines like those.

  • says you. Year of Hell are 2 of my favorite ST episodes

  • It's one of the best because it takes everything Ronald D Moore would have done with Voyager and tosses it out in two hours rather than three to seven years. Voyager never captalised on it's premise

  • Voyager had an enormous potential. Unfortunately, it screwed most of it up...

  • @lancerun What is so wrong with Voyager? I bet you're into DS9, aren't you? By far the most boring Trek series ever.

  • Comment removed

  • At least DS9 never got hijacked by a single character and nearly run into the ground..Voyager should have been renamed 'The Jeri Ryan Show'..

  • @MrPsychic8472 No one ever complained that TOS was only about 3 characters.

  • @maskedcrusader13 Erm.. DS9 was probally the best series of Star Trek. None of the characters were under or overused. It was great, the adventures, characters and the Dominion war.

  • @NANOFORGE According to the ratings, Voyager was the most successful in terms of viewership at the original time of broadcast but "best" is subjective. Frankly, I find myself more drawn to Voyager. I hated DS9, I thought it was dull.

  • First off, I LOVE Star Trek, even Voyager. So understand that the following is JUST A JOKE:

"Sir, the Voyager has been destroyed....again."

    "Oh well. What's for dinner?"

  • The nacelle was already badly damaged so the shock-wave of the collision probably just finished off whatever structural integrity it had left.

  • janeway is awesome!

  • Best Voyager episode ever. One of the best Trek episodes ever. Kurtwood Smith is awesome here.

  • Yes yes yes agree!!!

  • Agreed. This is when the writers had story continuity down to a tee. They finally caught up with the amazing actors they already had.

  • One of the few times the Trek Reset Button did not annoy me.

  • I love the way she says "Times Up". Janeway is such a bad ass captain.

  • and for her ship and crew and earth and starfleet

  • sad but she had to do it for the futrue and the past and the presint (i loving of voyager crew)

  • that temporal ship looks like babylon 5

  • gator likes erasure

  • That starboard nacelle was a lost cause, just like what B'Elanna said in the episode. The nacelle comes right off when she crashes on the timeship.

  • Voyager didn't warp into the timeship, when Voyager goes to warp, her warp nacelles arc upward. when at impulse, they sit parallel to the length of the ship. in the video you can clearly see they were parallel. the intro to the series also demonstrates the warp nacelles arcing up just before the jump to warp.

  • Damn i loved how the viewscreen was completely blow away.....if it weren't for that emergency forcefield Janeway would've been sucked right into space.

Either way, weapons or no, that ship was already done for. listen to the creaks of the busted up hull!

  • That's great that they just punched a big hole in the bridge. afterall it wouldn't make sense that the screen would keep functioning, so they would be left with a dark screen, which is not pretty to look at.

  • I would've kept a photon torpedo and a transportor online, then when there shields are down, I would beam the torpedo to their bridge and detonate it.

  • I don't think she had that option. the ship was badly damaged before she even took some more fire from the other ship. Honestly I was shocked that she even had transporters to beam the others away.

  • I know that. I was joking.

  • Voyager always goes out with style.

  • Year of hell...the 2 best episodes of Voyager

  • times up *voyager explodes into time ship*

  • its cool how the front bulkhead was gone so you could see directly from the bridge at the timeship

  • I'd throw stuff out the window at them; torpedoes, chairs, Nelix, anything available.

  • hehehehehe me to but voyager has no power when she hits

  • AHAHAHAHA I'll help you with Neelix. You get his arms and I'll get his legs. *8D

  • @Ltbird ROFLMAO

  • @Ltbird NELIX! LOL!

  • @Ltbird lol no one really Nelix anyway; we can get rid of him and his lame dialogs and God awful wardrobe...

  • @Ltbird LOL @ Neelix Does anyone like him?!? I always though Kess was a PITA but at least they got the sense enough to get rid of her.

  • @Ltbird Your comment rocks:D

  • @Ltbird I'd only throw Nelix.

3 minutes and it's game over for them

    :)

  • Too good for her I say!

  • The only good episodes of Voyager either end up never happening or involve a Next Generation character (Like all the Barclay eps)

Voyager and Enterprise abused that Reset Button like a redheaded Talaxian stepchild.

  • XD times up rofl XD

  • Janeway blows shit up lol

  • Man she took serious damage though out that episode I think the only other episode of Star Trek that comes close to that is the episodes "Azati Prime" and "Damage" from Enterprise. Of course when the Defiant was destroyed that had some pretty bad damage but it doesn't count since the ship didn't keep that damage for very long and all you saw was the bridge but yeah Voyager took a real beating notice how her Starboard Nacelle came right off on impact the pylons must have been damaged for that.

  • Bang! There goes the reset button again.

  • Too bad this wasnt permanent.

This is why Janeway was promoted to Admiral. Not because she deserved it, but because Starfleet wanted to keep her from blazing the same path of death, destruction and chaos across the Alpha Quadrant that she did the Delta. Pretending to reward her and saving face while protecting the Federation from her.

HEll, she got the Silver Blood aliens to commit self genocide by imitating them and got an entire civilized system assimilated by the Borg.

  • Then she almost lost the second Starfleet battle against the Borg.

  • Yes.

    The woman is a menace.

  • You may neg me but you know Im right.

  • "Neg"? Are you Freebirth surat now?

  • I was simply using a contraction for "negative"

  • Guess it must be me then, who is stuck in a continuous BattleTech loop. I apologise.

  • No problem.

    Want some gum?

  • It's never fully told by those who REALLY work on STar Trek why Janeway was promoted - only ideas by the various authors who continued the Voyager books after the series ended.

  • Wow. Shocking thing is - it's all true.

  • @ReverendSyn Those guys assimilated were doomed no matter what. Either they'd be assimilated, or wiped out by the 8472. Folks just choose the dumbest things to blame Janeway for.

  • ...Janeway rules.

  • No, Chakotay does! Janeyway should be the sip's counciler or maybe she should see one.

  • The voyager blows up alot.

  • They do that because being only one ship in the quadrant means the producers were limited at how many of its crew they could kill off over the series. They compensated for this by destroying Voyager in such episodes as Year of Hell.

  • the dvd sets displayed at the end i have all of them except the tos one

  • Stupid Kremin didnt realize that the only way to restore their original timeline was to destroy the very ship that made the temporal changes in the first place.

    Nerd out.

  • nooooo..*kaBOOOM*

  • This is proof positive of why you don't fuck with Janeway!

  • Even though I love the Voyager to death, I wonder why there wasn't a bigger explosion. If the warp core was still on the ship, once it impacted the time ship, it should have caused a warp core breach and made one hell of an explosion.

  • It is possible due to the extent of the damage that the warp core was offline.

  • There would still be dueterium/anti-dueterium stored on the ship. If the antimatter containment field was down to 15%, that would have caused a warp core breach and destroyed Voyager before she impacted the time ship. And if the antimatter pods were ejected, Voyager would be restricted to impulse engines and I believe when I watched the episode, Voyager warped to the timeship. Therefore there would still be antimatter if the core was offline, and the explosion should have been much, much bigger.

  • i dnt think it matters

  • dude shut the fuck up and watch the video

  • I scratch the previous comment. I found out that although the ship is destroyed, the antimatter pods are heavily shielded and are often part of the salvage of starships. That's why during the Dominion War, you never see starships suffer warp core breaches and cause gigantic explotions 'cause the antimatter pods are never compromised. (I know, I'm such a freeking huge nerd.)

  • You forget.

These are the same writers who gave us Warp 10 Mutant Salamanders and Tuvok's holodeck Pon Farr Masturbation party.

What were you expecting? Sense? :)

  • @ReverendSyn Oh please, all the series have utter nonsense like those stories. Folks just hate VOY for silly reasons.

  • @ShadowSonic2 The Voyager-Hater bandwagon certainly is running out of seats. I think there were a lot of flaws in terms of the overall direction of the series and chasing after ratings by overusing the Borg and introducing 7 of 9 somewhat distorted the overall story arc, but it was a fantastic story. Honestly, my favorite, and I've been a Trekkie for well over half of my life now. Cast needed more chemistry and they re-used too many plots from previous series, but still a great show.

  • This was the episode that made me a Voyager fan!

One of the most awesome scenes in all of Star Trek!!!

  • "Time's Up!"

  • lol. the chromium got star pwned!

  • LOL KRENIM GOT OWNED!

  • great episode=] my favourite

  • Damn, don't fuck with Janeway, she might cram her ship up your ass.

  • LOOOOL

  • LMAO!! Funny comment, i love it!!! LOL. ALSO one of my favorite episodes of voyager!

  • XD in ur dreams even if she did that ide hope it would be done to u lolz XD

  • You mean like the stick up hers?

  • OWNED!!

  • cool!

  • Oh, man, we didn't get to see the time ship go as well.

  • thats the shit rite there hehe
