At some point in their Hogwarts career, Fred and George found the mirror together and just saw themselves looking into it, so they thought it was a regular mirror....... Then after Fred died George found the mirror again and saw himself and Fred standing there laughing, and he knew the truth about the mirror........... :'(

@SingerLaura Same for me too..when I saw the characters getting killed I was all like "No no..this can't be....NOOOOO!! D':"..I was shocked and devastated to see them get killed...I grew up with them too..and watching them die was quite emotionally disturbing for me! :(

Me and my best friend grew up with these books. Every day, me and her would read a chapter of the Harry Potter books together until we finally finished the series. When we got done reading the first book, me and her looked at eachother and vowed that me and her would end up marrying the Weasley twins. She got George and I got Fred. Neither of us knew that Fred died in the final book. When we were reading that chapter together, and we got to the part when Fred died, We both had tears in our eyes.

j.k rowling killed fred to show the consequences of war, to show that the good guys dont always win- voldemort's gone, but so many are lost. the goody guys havent won entirely. i agree, fred should not have died, but he sort of had to for reasons mentioned above as well as others... RIP Fred Weasey, Reamus Lupin, Nymphadora Tonks, Collin Creevey, Dobby, Mad-Eye Moody, Severus Snape, Albus Dumbledore, Sirius Black, Lily and James Potter, and all the others who died bring Voldemort down

Fred's death was and is the hardest to deal with. I never EVER thought JK would kill him. To me (and I think to many) those two were untouchable, invincible. They could never die. So when she... killed... him, It struck, hard. I actually still cry about it sometimes.

I think the reason alot of us were affected by all the deaths in harry potter was because most of us grew up with Harry Potter. I mean I know for a fact that I used to watch Harry Potter all the time and it was one of the best series i have ever watched. :)) RIP!
