Just had this done... NOTHING to worry about and TOTALLY worth it. As far as pain, I can deal with it too. It hurt the most two days following, Like getting kicked in the nuts bad. Dull and achy. After I had it done, I shoveled the walk (about 1/2 hour). Keeping the marbles from shaking around like using a jock strap was VERY helpful. Do it on Friday, go back to work Monday.
