I think, in the end, this cure can be called vitamins from raw vegetables. Vitamins are sensitive to temperature, that's why raw is better. Of course there are other compounds we don't know about. To be able to prepare all those very good looking raw meals is a luxury in modern lifestyle, that's the real problem. Anyway congrats once more. I hope i can imitate you in future and have a library and a globe like that one. :)
I'm having the same problem at the moment, I've got extremely bad eczema round my neck which seems to be spreading and it's all red and disgusting. I've been trying to cut out wheat and dairy and it seems like it's helped a bit but i still get really bad itching which isn't as frequent but still quite bad. Have you tried to reintroduce meat or dairy back into your life to see if it's still a problem?
watching this video was very touching, can u plz email me at lisannsookdeo@ymail.com i have been stuggling with psoriasis for quite some time now an i would like to know how exactly u did the diet. please ,i would gladly appreciate it
Did you cut out any foods at all besides meat and dairy at all? I have a problem with citric acid, yeast mold, vinigar etc. Id like to try tofu instead of meat but I'm cautious since its fermented. Please help, thanks.
thankyou for sharing your story.. i've had eczema for over 4 years.. i will do the same and devote myself to a new lifestyle, for the better of the skin. thankyou very much for giving me hope. :)
I too have suffered from acne, and I understand how devastating it can be. That comment you made about the body getting rid of toxins was a good point. I am thankful that God made our bodies smart enough to do this. Thanks for this video
I am very happy to stumble across your page! Everything you have mentioned in your video is so inspiring. To be honest, I am very hesitant to start a vegan diet maybe because I am so used to what I currently eat. can you help point me in the right direction? Maybe some book references and lifestyle tips. Thank you
I started crying after watching this video. Please help me. I need to know all of the steps. This year has been tough for me. The pain from eczema has made me think about death. Could you email me please at iknowspoon@gmail.com
Hey. Good vid on the crapczema, but on the "humans are the only animals that eat cooked food and the only to degenerate and have cancer " note, my dog died of cancer and I swear I heard Steve Jobs was a vegan except for fish, and the dude just died of cancer so I know high raw is good and all, but this notion that it solves all, I don't know. Peace.
Hi Lily, I was searching for eczema and vegetarian and your video popped up. I have to say your video was very engaging and professionally well made with pictures and music together. I suffer with eczema since birth and am weaning away from steroid creams and pills and trying the natural stuff side. I plan to eat based on my blood type and try vegetarian. How long did it take you to see at least some results that vegetarian diet was at least working?
Hi there, I have a question. In the three years that you say it took to heal your skin, did you find that you went through cycles of flare ups and temporary times when your skin actually got worse rather then better?
I have eczema and have been on a primarily raw food diet for the past 6 months and my skin has been breaking out really badly, which seems to cycle every few weeks.
@jennifermansell Definitely, some days my skin patches would get more red, puffy, and itchy or even spread. For me, I was detoxing toxins and the decade of medications. To slow the detoxification process, I would have well raw until dinner. For dinner, I would have a well combined, simple whole ingredient, cooked dinner.
I love ur shibas!! I'm currently suffering from eczema right now, tho it's only flareups on limited parts of my skin, it's still a huge deal, cuz it's an indicator that I NEED a long term body cleansing/nourishing diet. Your vid gives me stamino for hope. I KNOW I've got everything it takes to heal myself...I'm getting better and better!
i have a problem with acne and dermatologists dont make me feel like theyre helping i still break out and very depressing i once used to be the cute guy now i dont have the courage to talk to girls it sucks..
@SHINIGAMIxPABLO Skin issues are not permanent. You can cure it. Try a method that works for you, adjust for your individual skin, and keep going. I used to feel the same way but my skins cleared up after 3 years.
Check out the movie "Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead." It is a great movie about people who changed their diet and had great success with their skin and general health.
Individuals with Scalp Psoriasis are half of the psoriasis population. @lilybana Hi Lillian, it's great to see a fellow Chinese like myself with eczema. I'm in my late 20s and have eczema since I was a child, my sisters never have it. Recently I've done a liver and colon cleanse but it didn't seem to work as my skin flared up again. I have been researching online and I believe I have to go on raw or vegan diet. When your eczema flared up in these 3 years, what creams did you use at the very least to help?
The American Institute Of Advanced Medicine can help! They have over 25 years experience and over 90% success rate for a varity for skin disorders including cystic acne check out theaiam.com their protocols really work!!
Their medication is FDA approved with no side effects! ** Not a scam!

@teoahbong I had to quit the steroid cream because it just caused my skin to get worse in the long run. For me, I went fragrance free with anything that touched my skin (dish washing liquid, soap, shampoo, etc). Also I utilized Natalia Rose's book- Raw Food Detox Diet. This worked for me, and I hope you find success too.
I think that we should definitely talk. Your comment described my life exactly. I have alot of anger and frustration and I would love to talk with you so we could help eachother out. Didn't you have any fruit allergies? I have pollen allergies, and I still have problems while on a fruit diet. No acne problems, but I do have rashes. I'm taking antihistamines, but I dont know what to do as long as I don't get an allergy test.
@KorionDotNet Everyone's body can react differently because of our lifestyles, environment, and upbringing. I can have all fruits and bee pollen. Actually, local bee pollen has cleared my fragrance and flower allergy that my first dermatologist diagnosed. This is because local bee pollen is taken from flowers in the new state I relocated to. I wish you success and luck. You will find a method that will heal you too.
I have a couple of questions,. How long did it take you to properly transition to raw? Do you eat 100% raw vegan? and have you always been that slim, or is that weight loss from your raw diet?
Love the video, ,.. cute dogs:) and your skin looks wonderful:)

i had this for 10 years and it kept spreading. doctors dont always prescribe the best topical cream even after it is asked for. get 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th, etc opinions. dont get discouraged, do not stick with only 1 doctor, he/she is not god, they do not advise every thing that is best for your health! remember, they are in business for profit.

So I have this skin condition called syringoma. They're little skin tumors so it's a condition I've had for almost 5 years now. I've tried topical treatments and nothing worked. So I'm realizing that the condition I have may be far more than skin deep. I've never thought about going vegan but it sounds like a good idea. Do you believe that God has placed all the natural ingredients we need on this earth to cure everything?
Now, we're back in our hometown and unfortunately, due to the fact that I have a partner who loves eating meat, we're also eating meat... Sad and true... and I have to admit that I even told my daughter to start eating meat again coz she wasnt getting all the things she needed in her diet... After seeing your video though, I'm gonna tell my daughter that we're going back to being vegetarians... we actually know that we're gonna end up being vegans coz that's what we feel our bodies want! Thanks!
Thank you for that inspirational video... I have to share something, My daughter and I left our hometown for 3 years and during that time we ultimately ended up being vegetarians... Not coz society says it's better, rather coz we both listened to our bodies... We started feeling better and it's during that time that my daughter started having eczema... I think it flared up coz instead of putting toxins in her body, she was actually cleaning it more and more, thus the toxins (eczema) came up...
i have heard of that but you need money to be able to afford a vegan lifestyle, it's already difficult for me with gluten free and i never chose to be gluten free. know there must be other ways besides medication to treat skin problems but becoming vegan doesn't seem like it would work for me..i hate being gluten free..i starve all the time
I been dealing with eczema for five years now.. Seems every year is getting worse n i also have vidiliego. I need tips of how to improve my skin. Thanks
HI I BEEN SUFFERING WITH PSORIASIS:( IT REALLY INTERFERS WITH MY LIFE I STAY IN DOORS I DONT HAVE A SOCIEL LIFE AND I JUST MAINLY HATE MY LIFE..!! ANY INFO U CAN GIVE ME I REALLY APPRECIATE IT THANKS.. god bless
Thanks so much for this info. I also have these ailments and I'm doing these changes in my life. Question: in 4:38, what pic is this from? are you a designer?
You are right! I got off the simple carbs (white potatoes, refined sugar, white rice and white flour). I started eating eggs as my protein and raw veggies. With the help of homeopaths my psoriasis I've had for 7 years now is finally subsiding!
@lilybana Well that makes sense :). I had to show my sister this video. She was born with eczema. Chinese herbs helped for a while but her skin is still very sensitive. At one point she couldn't walk because she had eczema at the souls of her feet. This video is exactly what she needs. Thank again. You're a good person :)
Thank you so much for your video! I've just started on a high raw vegan diet to clear my psoriasis which I've had for several years now. You're video has given me extra motivation to stick to this and extra certainty that it will work. One thing I'm wondering is - can too much fruit be bad for the psoriasis due to the sugar content or is this not an issue? Thanks:)
@peacelovestrife That's awesome, please keep me updated! Fruits were an issue in the beginning, because they are very cleansing. I highly recommend hydro-colon therapy, enemas, etc (to help eliminate toxins initially). After a few years I learned from Dr. Douglas Graham that I could eat lots of fruits if I only had 10% fat per day. And if I had a lot of fats in a day, I needed to limit sweets/fruits that day. Fruits and fats don't mix well in the body. I'll make a 2nd detailed video for you! <3
@lilybana I forgot to mention that everyone reacts differently. I had a bad detox from one of my first liver cleanses, but thanks to a colonic my skin flare-up went down quickly. So, definitely try and feel out what foods and lifestyle makes you feel the best. You know yourself better than anyone else. If you have any allergies or have taken a food allergy test, you'll be surprised at the results after a few years of high raw foods- you might not be allergic to the same foods anymore! :)
Thank you for this video. I cried. I've slowly, through much reading, have come to the conclusion that I can heal my own body by going raw. It's only been a couple months and my allergies are gone, my skin is healing from constant acne, I have more energy and sleep better. Your video was inspiring and helps give me strength to keep going. It's not an easy lifestyle but I know it's worth the effort put forth. Thank you for sharing.
@LoveVALdotcom Dear Val, I didn't realize anyone was out there that could relate. It's such a personal battle, but looks like we're not alone! :) And congrats on healing your allergies! What helped me was taking local bee pollen, the exposure to local flower pollen healed my allergies. I will make a second video with more detail and more past skin photos. Thanks for inspiring me to share! Lots of love to you Val! :)
I suffered from psoriasis for many years and I, too, put it into remission through a high raw vegan diet. I got choked up watching this video because I know what it was like to go through a skin disorder at such a fragile age, but I'm riding the highs now. Thanks for making this video and inspiring others.
@falafelstand I'm inspired by YOUR story! It's such a personal battle, I didn't realize there were others that could relate to me. I'm glad we're not alone! I will make a second video with more detail and more past skin photos. Thanks for inspiring me to share!! Lots of love to you!! :)
@MusikLuvrToo Thanks amd yes! Loved his book and recipe book. I learned a lot of practical advice from DG. He was the first raw foodist to introduce the importance of low fat to me. It really makes a difference in blood circulation, and the prevention of yeast over growth. Low fat is the way to go!
can you give me the eczema diet please i have severe eczema i need it

You have a sweet narrative voice. :D
I suffered from psoriasis for many years and I, too, put it into remission through a high raw vegan diet. I got choked up watching this video because I know what it was like to go through a skin disorder at such a fragile age, but I'm riding the highs now. Thanks for making this video and inspiring others.

Great video, Lily! Have you also read The 80-10-10 Diet by Dr. Douglas Graham? It's great!
