@CORYSPHOTOS Actually, it's not - disobeying a LAWFUL order is, but this was not a lawful order.

You're lucky. If that was me, I would have plucked you and took you to jail- Failure to Follow an order by a CHP Officer is a misdemeanor and I don't take that kind of bullshit where I patrol.

@tbg5150 Wow, you're certainly full of yourself, aren't you? The rule is that it is a misdemeanor to fail to obey a LAWFUL order. An order that violates a person's 1st amendment rights is not lawful.
