There is no where in the constitution that you are required to pay federal income taxes... there is also no where in the constitution that you are required to follow the speed limit when you are on public roads or pay the speeding ticket. Just because somethiyong is or not in the constitution does not mean u are not required to follow the law. It is the law. There have been many people imprisoned and fined because they did not file and pay their taxes. And the courts laugh at their excuses.

i dont even know what a 1099 is but it's prob. the form hte employer submits to the evil revenue collectors .. There was a tax case with this same situation not so long ago where an employer was paying his employees in silver and gold .. the employer did get some fire , but the employees remained tax-free !
