@MsChynaedoll You can add 1 to 2 tsp. of your favorite extract, such as peppermint, rum or almond; or 1/4 cup of your favorite liqueur, such as orange or raspberry, to the chocolate mixture before shaping into balls.
if you don't mind.. I still some questions.. it's about Chocolate... if you mold the chocolate and give some filling like "Ganache".. How long can you keep it?? and where should I keep it?? I want to try to make The small fancy Chocolate but I don't have any idea about it.. can you help me about it Please?? thanks and blessings..
Didn't u Upload This B4? I Made Some Before... W/ The Same Ingrdients And Stuff...
But I Can't Get Chocolate To Shape Into Little Balls... The Chocolate I Mixed W/ The Cream Cheese, But The Chocolate Was Still Not In the Right Texture To Roll It... is it Because I Didn't Use An Eletric Beater?
Thanks so much for this easier way! I'm making it for my foods practical and hopes it looks and tastes as good!
