  • dude, im diggin the oogie boogie costume

  • @thebioshockguy1 my wife's grandmother made it, in one day, still amazes me, it will get use next year as well, with some upgrades (black light reactive paint).

  • That is just amazing. Very creative...I love it. Is there a certain kind of paint/wood you used for the spiral hill and Jack?

  • @2gethergirl05 nope, I did use a particular grade, that was a little higher quality, don't recall what it's called. It's smoother on one side, and less so on the other. The piece I used had no real blemishes on the front, but it wasn't critical. I primed, and painted all pieces, since I wanted to be able to use them for years, plus I have plans to use the same decorations for x-mas, which didn't happen last year, but might this year.

  • @2gethergirl05 btw thanks, the best part was being able to scare even adults

  • sorry i thought youd take it like a joke

  • When I Was 5 I Was Scared Of ( The Night Mare Before Christmas) But Now That Im 13,Me And My Bady Cuz Go To The Disney Theme Park And Go In The Holiday Inn. Its A Ride About The Night Before Christmas. I Live In Flordia So We Go To Disney World Alot.

  • how did you get the head from disneyland

  • It was/is a candle sconce, we just put a light inside of it, and made a platform for it to sit on for our cutout. We bought 2 just in case someone got any wise ideas, and as a backup, or for use somewhere else. Last time we were there (the week before xmas), they still had them. It's the only part of the NBC decs, that we DIDN'T make funny enough.

  • Nice! Love the Oogie costume. :) I wish I still had time to do this stuff with my yard. :)

  • So great! Thanks for sharing!

  • Spectacular!

  • NICE! i love it!

  • thanks for the feedback, there's a lot of love in all the work we did, especially my Oogie Boogie costume. My wife and her grandmother, made the costume all on Halloween, and it turned out great.

  • The love shows. i dont see a lot of nightmare before x-mas themed houses 4 halloween. urs is fantastic!
