I think I am just gonna get headers and cutouts. They will cost the same as putting duals on except more airflow than duals and I can make it quiet if I ever need to.

Plus you gotta love coming up to a ricer, he revs his engine and can tell your exhaust note is stock (other than the headers) You pop the cutouts and rattle the plastic off his car.

turn the boost to 18 psi becouse of forged internals have 410 whp civic that weighs 2000 pounds i ran 11.07 on that setup for around 8950$ if you dont do the work your self it can run up to 10 grand

even with "forged internals" you cant run 18 psi of boost through that engine. And on another note i know you couldnt make 410 whp out of just that setup, maybe at the fly but not at the tire. plus with what you just listed you'd be making somewhere around 250 ft/lb of torque. horsepower is nothing if you dont have the torque to back it up.

you've "seen" these engines run, but you dont have to rebuild them after you blow a head trying to put more and more air into it. the more pressure you put into a motor the faster it'll tear itself up. The 97 corvette has the LS1 the 97 z28 with the 285 has the lt1 in that year. Corvettes always get the new engines before the Camaros. 92 Corvette had the lt1, 93 the z28 was the lt1 and the same for the 97s
