yup some of that will work , but i think expanding foam might me more cost efficient and effective for rattles because it stiffens and stops the rattles. Dynamat will work but i think its better for blocking outside sounds ,rather than on rattles which are moving objects.

when you record stuff with a video camera it doesn't record deep bass and your stereo for your computer may also not play deep bass. when watching computer videos of cars' bass, all you can usually hear is vibrating so you can really only judge half of the sound's quality. you have to judge it by its amplitude and how loud the bass is rather than how deep it sounds (how long its wavelength is).
