  • well ya, of course you get it done in like 33 minutes, everything was marked and prepped just like corrieannx3 said, but still pretty awesome! :)

  • Hey look, they made a house for a homeless family in 30 minutes. If they weren't so bent on needing money then they could give that house to the homeless, and many more, and there will be less dead people on the street.

  • not bad but everythign was cut and marked and prepted before the build it would have taken about 3 hours all together 2 guys from start to finish

  • Woohoo, guys! You ROCK!!!!

  • Awesome video!!!!

  • What is that tool he trimmed around the floor edges and front and window or vents with maybe a regular router?? Thanks real nice video.

  • lol how its sped up

  • I love this video I think I seen it about a 100 times...so much so that am going to try to do it myself but first can u please give me the measurements for the 10 bracket u make in the begging of the video

    Thank so much

  • how much lip is hanging ove on the side at th bottom

  • @mark48folife Four inches past the bottom plate on the wall frame. 1/8" above the bottom of the floor joist....

  • @mark48folife Discover The Easiest Way To Build Beautiful Sheds... With 12,000 Shed Plans & Woodworking. Patterns: go to MYSHEDPLANS(.)TK

  • what was the cost of all of the supplies??????????

  • Hi, I want to build a similar shed!! What sized nails did you guys use?

  • @ajitshokar 3" framing nails. 2.25" for siding and sheething on floor and roof

  • Niiiiiiiiice im gonna make mine just like this lol very nice....

  • So no roofing?

  • Video is clearly 23seconds too long.lol

  • I thought that building a shed in 10 minutes would include the showing of building the framework and cutting the timber for the frame. Nice video though.

  • Gee wish you could build one for me that fast. What a awesome lesson in shed building.

  • i would say people are giving thumbs down because the title is misleading. its not people building a shed in 10 mins but a sped up video. if was going to thumbs down...thats why id do it

  • These guys can build my shed anytime!!!

  • no treated lumber for floor joists......interesting.

  • they probably made a thumbs down vote because it was ten minutes of film that was sped up. Probably building time was 25min?

  • I am guessing this is not advisable without a pneumatic nailer!

  • WTF that was 10:23!! Just kidding I watched it twice great video.

  • Awesome video. I find it hard to believe anybody would have given a thumbs down for it. I loved watching it as I am about to (try) to build my own shed.

  • @ginormus99 I have no idea why anyone would give it a thumbs down unless it's another company trying to discredit my company... which is funny because I quit the business several years ago. I was in the shed building industry for nearly 20 years and I know my sheds were in the top 2-3% for quality and structural integrity. I saw thousands of crap sheds being built by other companies in that time. I had sheds 15-20 years old look like brand new........... maybe they hate Bluegrass..??

  • @ramdslpwr I like this video very much. It is like a tutorial on shed building. I want to build my own this summer because I plan on living in it. I lived in the bunk of a truck for 6-7 years and learned to live like a king. A small shed home to me will be a mansion! Thankyou for posting this!!!

  • @ramdslpwr

what is your companys name?and doees it have a website?if it does can you give me the addrees?please.thanks....and one more question....can your company make a 14x14 shed?because my aunt needs a shed but most the sheds she trys to get a shed they have no windows or thier just not good.....Can you make the sheds in her back yard?

  • @ramdslpwr they didnt put any 2X4 between the roof framing thing. and they painted it with air gun. except that i see nothing wrong.

  • You should ad 5 1/2" to the wall sheathing as a way to quickly square the wal lto the floor system

  • if you build a shed in 10 minutes its gonna fall down in 10 days

  • Gitter Done!

  • Looks like all you need is a nail gun

  • Wow! That's the fastest I've ever seen someone build a shed. Awesome!

  • Wtf? I searched 'miley cyrus the climb official video' and this came up! lOl

  • i can do it in 30 seconds.

    1. punch trees

    2. craft into wooden planks

    3. put planks on ground

    4.???

    5. Profit

  • big men building sheds gets me turned on

  • Im not being funny but you got people here moaning about structure and fucking ventilation......am i the only one who noticed the doors were nailed shut!!!!

  • @02476 I'm no shed building expert, but I am a painter, and it seems to me they nailed the doors on so they could spray it, before taking the doors back off to install hardware.

  • You forgot the shingles!!!

  • awesome! those guys move super fast. lol. :)

  • What were you routering when u ran it through the base?

  • lol looks awesome,great teamwork.cool vid

  • this shed seems like you didn't put much quality into it. no ventelation, the wood is dang thin, the framing is really weak....... bleh.

  • @56animallover boo. party pooper.

  • how much would it be for all that wood

  • if my dad wasn't so cheap to buy a quality air compressor and a nail gun, we'd be able build an entire city by ourselves... but my dad's too cheap, so it takes 8 years to build half a wall..... i'll be 184 years old by the time we get anything done.

  • @TheWinningGambler funny.

  • in noticing the difference between your shed construction vs places like lowes

I wonder how much strength they sacrifice by using 4-6 2x4's on the walls on a simaliar sized shed

  • How does your floor come out so square with out checking it? And where would one get all the peices precut to lenght? My lumber yard doesn't sell it like that.

  • @MetallBender They square it by measuring corner to corner (like how a tv is measured) and make sure they are equal. Annnnnnd, I'm pretty sure they had everything cut, trusses cut/assembled before they built it....

  • @kayem25 I would have guessed tv's are made in a mold with no need to measure.

I certainly hope you're not suggesting that they actually spent far more time on prep work than building.

  • @MetallBender What I meant is kitty-corner...the same way you measure the screen size of a tv. Of course TV cases are molded. I assume 1 of 2 things. They precut everything so they could actually assemble the shed in 10 minutes or less, or they have the guys precut a bunch of lumber for a specific size shed so later on they only have to worry about assembling them. I don't know, I don't build these on a daily basis and don't know the guys who built this particular shed.

  • Cool

  • Its only a matter of time your contacted by a company to use this as a 'Spot the hazard, Assess the risk, Make the changes', training video. I only spotted two but i wasn't paying that much attention. The bit of wood falling and just about hitting that one guy in the head, and the guy sweeping out the shed while another guy blazes away with the nail gun overhead.

  • C'est rabidement,mais est-ce solidement.

  • its not really 10 mins cuz u ff

  • I think this video will inspire a lot of people to build a shed. You guys make it look easy but I think the average joe can build a shed with the right tools and a little sweat.

  • Can I borrow the worker bees? I fear how dreadful my shed might look if I build it ( :

What city are you guys in?

  • wow amazing. real pros at work

  • I started watching this for step by step instructions of how to build a shed but this just kept be entertained and I had to watch the whole thing. the music is so awesome!

  • Great Job!! Did you have someone marking joist and studs centers off camera? Were the floor joist 2x4 or 2x6? What was the floor, wall and roof ply thickness?

  • I'm sure these are the guys who build the houses in extreme house make over

  • Buddy must have a lot of lower back pain and \

LOL at 5:29...kick that bugger into submission!

  • brick shed FTW!!!!!!

  • yeah i saw the karate kick too...do whatcha gotzta do i guess..hehe...but really great job...i love watching stuff made in the fast motion mode...it just looks too easy:)

  • YEEE-HAAAAW

  • Do these guys do sidework? lol

  • i like ho they use NO PPE ha ha ha

  • xD Ha ha @ 8:52 - 8:56. Watch carefully as he completely misses and looks at the camera like, "Did they see that?" Lmao... But seriously, great job guys. Do you not use any type of cripple or whatever for the roof tresses? They are just held together by the plywood?

  • Do you have any plans available for that shed?

  • how much does this shed go for?

  • KARATE KICK @ 5:30 lol

  • @tonyb444

    The double Hi-Ya!

  • hey how did u make those cuts along the frame on the side wall? what kind of saw was that?

  • It's actualy a Router with a pilot hole bit with edge guide

  • did you snap a line 3 1/2 in to line/raise the walls ?

  • No. The floor is straightened before the subflooring is put on. The side walls then have siding hanging below the level of the floor and is nailed into the side of the floor before the wall is nailed down. By nailing the siding and pounding the nails tight, the wall is drawn tightly against the straight floor edge. Then the wall is fastened to the floor from inside the walls

  • Check out 5:23-6:00

  • Well its really nice work man.

  • Yeah you can have 1/2 on the roof , but where i live we put 5/8 on roof cause it supports a lot of weight during the winter

  • Well the 1/2 we use is always 4-5 ply which helps a lot as well as putting the rafters on 16" spacing. That shed met NY snow load requirements of 40 pounds per squ ft ground snow load

  • Usually its 3/4 Veneer on the roof and 1/2 on walls/floor , im guessing tough but im pretty sure thats what they did.

  • 5/8" floor and walls. 1/2" roof. 16" centers all around

  • That didn't take long to make, although I was wondering about the thickness of the panels put on the roof, and sides of the shed. I am looking for one and is looking for the quality in the building.

  • Nice Job! For that size shed, what would the material costs be do you think? And project can be done w/ some good Bluegrass Music in the background!

  • i had one like that but the dumb ass kids that live behind me where behind there storge building playing with fire and kerosene and it burned it too the ground all that is left is a chard platform

  • In reality 2 men would takea good 4-5 hours to build it. Panel shed can be done in less than half an hour!

  • Love that router trick! I would have been fighting with a circ saw for that straight line. Thanks!

  • Resoltionist: I was wondering how they did those cuts...you say it's a router (saw?) ? I need that tool...please help!

  • 5:37...lol The other idiot nearly got his co-worker whacked in the head! Forgot your hard hat today?

  • ogliIp2fo: I was about to say the same thing! The guy didn't even flinch.

  • good job

  • andelay andelay lol

  • Great shed! I would buy that for my home.

  • If you can put the workers on ffw you can get it done in 10 minutes flat. You'll save alot too.

  • Nice job! I want one of these in my backyard too! But I think even a 10' X 12' shed is too big for my small backyard. I think mine can probably fill into a 6' X 6' shed :( . AND I don't think I can even afford such a tiny one (I bet these things are not cheap, esp the labor costs!)

  • good work guys, very efficient.

  • OK... Really? How Much Nails Do You Think They Used? This Is Just To Funny...

  • cost of shed and material plus labor is 2,500 dollars U.S.

plus add in cost of nails from guy at the start adds another 7,500 dollars bringing total cost of shed to 10,000 dollars LOL:)

  • $7500 worth of nails...dude theyre building a shed.

  • just kidding but geez did you see how many nails the guy was using obviously a little excessive.

I was just trying to convey the cost of the shed was minimal compared to the cost of all the dang nails this guy was shooting out LOL:)

it was a joke and sarcasm :)

  • yes i saw lol. he jus didnt want that damn thing to collapse

  • what are you talking about it might collapse under the weight of all those nails LOL :)

The wood wont be able to hold up all the weight LOL

  • doubt it...

  • That is a Shed load of nails :0) 5*s guys.

  • the old one handed routering is a bit dodgy on the ply gable ends, bit unsafe, but look like ye have done it hundreds of times, good vid

  • You Must Have Went Through 10,000 Nails in that project

  • sooo, you guys just assume your shop floor is level when you frame that up? or do you rely on the plywood to square everything up. reminds me of when i used to build trailers.

  • i built a shed one time in 32 minutes timed. haha im faster than you

  • at 5:36 the kid almost gets smacked in the head with a 2x4.

  • Check out how the camera guy almost gets hit at 7:15. You can see him back up when the siding scrap falls off.

  • wtf are these guys? it only took them 10 mins with super fast fast forward thang. i want one of those -_-

  • no doubt these guys know what they are doing but you cant use a nail gun with someone working directly underneath. hole in the head time!

  • Damn - those guys have skills

  • The biggest problem with "buying something that is cheap" is that you get what you pay for!!! It's better to hire someone like these people, and get good quality!!!

  • I hope those guys get paid well. Lots of bending, stooping, lifting heavy materials, danger of falling or getting a nail shot through an eyeball.

  • it takes me that long just to read the directions!

  • Cheap are those plastic POSs that walmart sells.

  • Just shows your ignorance son. If you knew the first thing about framing, you'd know that that shed is way overbuilt compared to any other shed on the market. That shed is engineered to withstand more then 100 mph winds and 40 lbs per sq. ft. of snow. Whats the last thing you built, Legos?

  • Well done! Nice job.

  • i wish i could make a barn for my house like thatt

  • now i can buid one during my luch break

  • I wanted to see how you put the roof on ie: shingles!!

  • yup, no roof, so it ain't built yet.

  • that is quite an operation and real good craftsmen!

  • whats the size of this shed in square meters?

  • About 12 square meters. It was 10' wide by 12' long

  • hey i could hire these guys for $30 an hour each & they could build me a shed for $15 labor! (3 guys x 10 minutes @$5 per 10 minutes) + 20( 2x4x4) @$4.35 ea. + 20(4x8 plywood) @$8.24 ea. !!! A/^f#-*1.587 - 3.29=$128. Anyway, great shed. Just send it to me in Texas, okay? : )

  • nice job! I like to have one shed like this :D

  • they must have very sore backs bending down cutting and gunning the nails in

  • Excellent. Now I can feel like crap that I haven't finished the shed I started five summers ago!

Oh, wait .. you didn't finish the shingling either!

Really good job, guys. Makes me want to get right out and finish.

    Good music, too!

  • get some safety glasses on

  • did you guys even measure anything? this seems too perfect with no measuring

  • i did notice you measure a few things, but the majority is just freehand it seems

  • Pretty much every thing was precut and marked by our cutout guy. Some of our lumber comes precut to us. (joists, studs, etc) The rest is cut and marked where needed by a cutout guy. The same guy also assembles the rafter/trusses.

  • good job, but real time must have been more like a half hour

  • amazing!!!! Bravo, guys!!
