ur really good for someone whos in college and plays the violin for fun.i mean i can imagine all the college stuff plus playing a piece of music.even if its just a short piece of music.u play well tho.
When ever you have a peice thats in 3/4 and it has one and only one quarter note in the introduction, start the song off as a up bow. Work on using full bow also. Are you learning the violin on your own?
but i dont like to play seriously i just do it 4 fun and i also get nervous so with nervous i cant play very well the only reason y i get nervous is because not sure wat ppl will say about it
Lol. I use to get nervous because of the same reason. I'm over that fear now though. I play for people like the Principle 2nd violin and the Concert Master of the Virginia Symphony Orchestra. I basically got out of my fear by playing for my teachers and classmates. They all enjoyed it...even when I played songs like Twinkle Twinkle Little Star. Lol.
hey, you're never too old to start! I'm seventeen and I started when I was fifteen, and I can tell you, it is even easier to learn to play the violin when you're a bit older. I can already play a lot of songs nicel so.. give it a try! suces xxx

I started when I was 20 or 21. I've never been able to take lessons, so I'm all self-taught (which is not recommended) but I'm not half bad.
