  • have you guys ever pole vaulted before you idiots????? even if you coach is pushing you and it's a bungee its still hard as FUCK

  • nice jumpin, fuck these kids eh?

  • hes getting tapped in..

  • lol Geez. lots of people hating on you man. Ill Congratz you. haha. Im a sophomore going into my Junior year. Vaulting 11'6. Way to go. id celebrate also if i just about cleared 15ft. bungee or no bungee...im hoping that with good coaching i can get to about 13-13'6 this next year. and with luck 14' my senior year... gonna be a rough journey but im ready :P anyways.. im rambling.

  • this is badass. screw all the haters

  • @THEmanTHATSwhite agreed

  • @TheOnlyMrRager congrats on the D1 ride, but i need to say something..... piss off. you dont need to degrade this kid, this kid is looking good. also, a coach pushing is not a bad thing at all, in fact it makes the event safer and makes the jumper feel safer and more confident in his jumping ability. just cause you are going D1 doesnt mean anything, i myself could have went D1 but i chose D3 instead. and you cant tell me when you do good things over a bungee you dont get excited..... yeah right.

  • everyone needs to chill out about the bungee. you don't have to put him down like its not a big deal. if i clear a PR with a bungee in practice, im gonna be happy and celebrate because i know im getting better and thats what hes doing too. is there something wrong with that?

  • you could even move your grip up more prolly if your standards are all the way back at 24. but looks good!

  • your coach is pushing you your a bitch and its a fucking bungee not impressive in the least, nice celebration at like you been there before

  • @TheOnlyMrRager ... ok first off i never stoop this low but what the hell. Are you even a jumper! 15FT junior year is huge, i went from 11'9 to 15 in 3 months. I don care if thats a bungee. Its called practice for a reason. and theres no way id have been on that pole without the. yes i wouldnt be able to hit that in a meet. but it was great for confidence which is a huge aspect of the vault. and quite frankly i dont give i damn if your impressed at all. Id out jump you any day.

  • @TheOnlyMrRager .... and again im not trying to be this hard ass o im the shit kind of jumper. So dont tell me to act like ive been there before. because guess what ... at that point i hadnt. 14 7 was a huge jump for me then never mind 15ft! why act like a hard ass? to what look cool in practice. Ill enjoy my big jumps as much as possible. thats what vaulting is about. having fun. if its not fun then its not worth it. that was my philosophy then and know as a division one track athlete.

  • @saleenstracer68 Yes i pole vault and will be attending a D1 college next year with a full ride. My coach doesn't push me like I wear diapers when i'm jumping either. I've never celebrated once when using a bungie it is nothing at all like jumping the actual height, leading your title to be not true. You are skilled though I was just high when I wrote that yesterday.

  • @TheOnlyMrRager congrats on the D1 ride, but i need to say something..... pissoff. you dont need to degrade this kid, this kid is looking good. also, a coach pushing is not a bad thing at all, in fact it makes the event safer and makes the jumper feel safer and more confident in his jumping ability. just cause you are going D1 doesnt mean anything, i myself could have went D1 but i chose D3 instead. and you cant tell me when you do good things over a bungee you dont get excited..... yeah right.

  • @saleenstracer68 this douche commented on one of my videos too. Don't even pay attention to him he's garbage. He says he's going D1 on a full but he won't say what school he's actually going to so he's not going anywhere. And if he does I can't wait to watch him no height when the bar opens at 490.

  • @ChaseBrannon haha o dont worry im not even mildly concerned. I know thats not true either, Scott roth the 2 time national champion barely got a full ride and hes virtually the only male vaulter that i know of besides jack whitt on a full ride to a d1 school. matter of fact scott got half ride offers from everyone until he finally negotiated really hard and only washington gave him the offer

  • @TheOnlyMrRager that push is not going to do much anyways. he isn't the one making him go over. why don't you get up off your fat ass and show all of us what you can do, or shut the hell up man

  • why are you holding a foot down the pole? you could jump much higher if you just got a heavier pole and capped it or even got a 13'6'' 160 or a 14' 155 the pole bends alot differently from that low so if you cap one of those poles you'd get alot higher off the top and have more time to get inverted

  • you can't say you made 15 in practice if it's over a bungee and the coach is pushing you? if so, i'm officially an 18' 3" vaulter.

  • @bubkaizgod202 i just said in the video that i went at the height, i was just super pumped because that was my first time ever over 15 but either way long while ago.

  • @bubkaizgod202 youre a douche too, even if you can get 18 feet. the kid can still be proud of what he did.

  • Don't throw your head back. Keep everything going forward.

  • That being said you are overstriding into your last step and taking off low, and you need to learn how to swing all the back to a 1 oclock position before you drop your shoulders and kick up . Other then that the tecknique really good for a 16 year old.

  • good vaulting

  • that coach pushing you would really bother me, that's not good practice in my opinion.

  • i would deffinatly agree. it would mess up my whole jump

  • damn bro, i got to step my game up a bit haha

  • hahah drills drills drills... just gotta get on that pole with MY STEP ON in a Meet and some real good things can happen! and your gunna jump awesome bro dont worry

  • Nice!
