@kerrytunes Yes.. You can use it on stage.. This is a 300,000 note sequencer.. a very powerful one at that..It has storage built in side..There is not a huge storage capacity.. but it is more than enough... It has a USB connection so you can move back an forth between your PC/Mac

No the CS doesn't have a sampler it has the best synth you can get and it uses ROMS.. most of the Roms comes with sampled sounds (composer, Protean Drum, Mo phatt, XL-lead, etc..) ranging from 500 to 1000 sounds..
Great video showing the process of building a beat, but which record mode are you using on the CS? That would have been great info for other CS users.

Could this be used on stage as the main sequencer? How many songs/notes can you store? What medium does it use a s storage?

Where is the repeat function? Maybe it's the same on my MP7...? I have a MPC 2000 also, but I am just learning it as well. Thanks for the reply.

when I had my e-mu purple one mp-7 I used it as a mid slave module and sequenced with the akai mpc 1000
love the sounds but like the mpc pad arrangement better

sounds like it or do you have all the exspansion chips in there?
the producer called "THE BEDROOM WIZARD" (GOOGLE HIM) uses an e-mu mp-7 slaved to an asr 10 for like forever
