how do you sustain your loops so long with out they fading like they do in my amp.? Do you just have a different Looping pedel for each segment of the song? I lost count at like 5.
@joshman071888 It's an E-Bow. Basically, it magnetically 'energizes' the strings enough to keep them vibrating long after they would've stopped normally, giving you synthlike sustain. Pretty neat gadget; look it up!
sir i know your band, galing kayo... hilig ako sa pedals and i have a lot...just want to know if you can survive with only one pedal, if yes, anong pedal yun?
Er.... I find this absolutely amazing, and as I'm composing right now, until september, I'd like to know if you would mind me using the same chord progression as that you use in your improvisation. I was looking for some inspiration on youtube, and here I am !
I'm in love again. Thanks! I can't help hearing Robert Smith singing overtop of this composition. "I never thought I'd fall apart or feel this love within my heart. To think of you. To think of me. We never thought of yesterday...."
I know yeah, right? I keep coming back to it. It really moves me that way and I mean that in nothing but the best way. He's not "lostman", he's cured. :D
Thanks mate, your right. apparently it was invented in 1969, I've seen em used a few times but didn't know what they were called. Cheers again for letting me know.
dude, can you please tell what pedals you have there!?!? that is the ideal sound i'm goin for and i've been looking around for months and months on here trying to find these kind of pedals. if you can help me out with details, add me on here and let me know, i would really really appreciate it! thanks dude
awesome stuff man, i like seeing other people with more than 5 pedals playing in their room, lets me know i'm not the only one.
i got one of those rc-2s, but i can only get it to loop about a few seconds worth, not much more than my dd-6 hold function, do you know how can i get the total 16 minutes?
Man i like your sound...nice for the ears and the heart....i just got my RC today..going crazy i love this..its thanks to you guys out there with yur videos on looping,so inspiring..like the ebow..ill put up a vid soon..just tried a Pink floyd tune wow love this..
its called an ebow. replicates the sound of a bow on a guitar. what are the yellow and green pedals you have there on the end of your board? and how did you create those blips with them?
i think, that the green one is Ibanez Tubescreamer TS-808 or TS-9. And the yellow one is propably a flanger from Ibanez (FL-9), but i'm not sure at all :)
i do use an external adapter, its placed under the pedal board... regular 9 volts batteries dont last more than a few minutes on the line 6 verbzilla.
thanks. when i took this video the rc2 just arrived from the mail. so i tried it out right away using the batteries it came with. but now its in my board already connected to a power supply. alkaline batteries would only last for about an hour only.
hey you're the guitarist in up dharma down? I love you're band! I've actually been trying to figure out your part from the first video on your bands page. any help would be great!
galing tlga! pucha! kya fan ako ng up dharma! ahaha! nainspire ako gumamit at mag experimento ng iba ibang mga effects.. ahehe! idol! ahehe! more power to your band!
white and blue?? if your talking about the one beside the phase 90 its a line 6 verbzilla, its more like grey and purple to me. the only white and blue there are my shoes.lol
hi, naw these riffs will not come out on our new album , they're just random riffs actually. we had a great time in hong kong in fact we might go back there in a few months for another gig. thanks..
nice riffs dude.. is that the same as th Zvex LoFi Loop Junky Guitar Pedal? anyway all i can tell (if i'm right) is that the boss can record multiple sound for longer duration unlike the Zvex that can only for 20secs and one sound or riff only.. i hope im right..
What was that octave effect that followed the ebow? Sounded like a delayed octave synth or something. And that crazy whammy thing on those notes... I'm intrigued!
Nice- ever thought about a roland gr-20 or gr-50 synthesizer?
