  • well said Mike

  • look at this > 13. EVOLUTION - Did YOU Know?

  • why woud you vote for a person who does not use reason to make up ones mind?

  • He should have refused to answer that stupid question

  • That just goes to show that the bogus theory of evolution is acting as a religion.

No one would have bothered to ask him if he believed in other scientific theory in a presidential debate.

  • @owensphil other scientific theories such as what?

  • Evolution is Stupid! check this site out.Evolution is not science which by definition is observeable.

Evolution has been misspelt it should be neverlution because the only place it happened is in peoples minds and imaginations.

i must admit though that its hairylairious to think im a highly evolved chimp!

  • @ziglag3333 lmao your iq is that of a slug.. please stop breathing my air retard.

  • @ziglag3333 Fellow believer... what is the neverlution site that you want people to check out?

  • I think we should teach both creation and evolution in schools and let kids decide which theory is right

  • @gogolplex74 yeah let's also teach the the theroy of the flying spaghetti monster aswell.. you fucking twit there is 100% irrefutable proof evolution occurs while there is ZERO evidence of the bullshit creation nonesense.

  • @IncDeathCreed JK I believe in evolution

  • @gogolplex74

Evolution isn't a "theory"... look up what "theory" means in scientific terms.

  • @gogolplex74 They couldn't possibly teach creationsim in schools. The creation story stems to one religion. it would be offensive to teach it.

  • @gogolplex74 are you kidding me. Creation is not scientifically testable. We cant teach fairy tales in the classroom...

  • It's scary that so many americans still believe this world has been made by a gamer in 6 days... Just look at the overwhelming evidence that proofs the evolution process...

  • God

  • I applaud Huckabee for standing so strong on what the Bible says. Way to go, bro :)

  • I'm a born again Christian and an American who loves my country. I am a pastor and a veteran. I have a minor war wound. I work 60 hours per week at the age of 80. I wish Mike Huckabee was dead. Actually, I wish there was some way that he could die twice. In reality, he will die twice. His end will come before the White Throne where he will beg for mercy and will be granted what he gave on Earth. He will them be thrown into the pits of hells eternal torment to anguish forever and ever. Amen !,

  • he is lieing he doesnt belive creations bullshit be sure:D

  • American politicians are so scary.

  • Why are they even clapping for this?

  • "Descended from a primate." I go to church occasionally, and I am doing a degree in the sciences. At least I can grasp the concepts of MODERN TAXONOMY. Which has nothing to do with evolution really. :)

  • @hoof118liverpool "...and I am doing a degree in the sciences." We are nothing but shaved, some of us, monkeys! cladistics is modern taxonomy, and it has everything to do w/ evolution.

  • @dwolfcoach What I meant was that he could at least have got the systematics right. Humans ARE Primates, as you said, so why need to say descended from one. Technically, we aren't, we are just another continuation of the Order.

  • @hoof118liverpool I don't think guys like Huckster care in the least about getting the "systematics" right. They are the inventors of the strawman fallacy, and/or they're just ignorant of the mechanism of evolution. We are however, African apes, our distant past ancestors.

  • Thank god this wacko is out of the race!

  • Lol

  • @timmykill thats just what i was thinking

  • Retarted fish frog

  • There is a problem with some Christians not believing in evolution. One must not believe in Noah's Ark if they are to refute evolution. The reason being? There are millions and millions of species existing on planet Earth, thus with the obvious assumption that Noah could not fit all these organisms onto one boat of finite structure, we conclude that the process of natural selection had to occur on the animals Noah supposedly brought with him in order for there to be these millions of different

  • This ASSHOLE is responsible for commuting the sentence of a convicted felon and career criminal who after his release shot and killed four police officers in a Starbucks coffee shop in Tacoma Wa.

  • I cannot believe that moron was even considered for a nomination.

  • @shredder767 he would make the best president

  • @trollman4 Based on his belief in GOD?

  • he was good up until he straw manned evolution and equated it to not believing in god. I don't think a president has to believe in evolution or that they should be messing around with science textbooks, but he has no clue as to what evolution actually posits.

  • That's a good dang answer

  • @iamcullenhawkins No, it is not a dang good answer... But, it probably about the best that can be expected from a fundamentalist Christian, I suppose. Unfortunately, he equated evolution with some grand "ACCIDENT" which id a false statement in the extreme. Anyone who believes evolution represents a random chance event has little or no understanding of evolution, and certainly not enough of an understanding to reach a determination about its validity.

  • Oh nice, quote Martin Luther eh Hucky? You do know he was persecuted by the Christian church for daring to let us common folk actually read the English version of the bible? Great example Hucky, who you gonna quote next, Galileo?

  • How do you American, being so educated, cast vote on those assholes.

  • @arindamsinp Those Americans who vote for such people are NOT educated. Even though they may have graduated High School, or even college in some cases.

  • This is one "spiritual" video. =p

  • WHY ISN"T HE RUNNING FOR PRESIDENT???!!! GO MIKE!!!

  • heh. i love how dis Michael Huckabees wuz da front runner til along came MICHELE BACHMANN 2012 !! WE CAN REVIVE DIS CAMPAIGN IF WE DA PPL CAN SUMHOW RAISE ALOT!!! OF MONEY

  • for his own purpose, that God is a selfish dude

  • @Spaceman2451 So if you are not here to serve Him then you are here to serve yourself? That's pretty selfish. God giving us life and the freedom to choose to love Him is pretty unslefish.

  • @BaylorBear1028 You see that as a choice? I suppose it could be considered a choice, in as much as a person being robbed at gun point has the choice to give up their valuables and dignity, or die.

  • @BaylorBear1028 actually i "serve" real people. I look out for my friends and family who are important to me. Now just because i don't serve your God (who is responsible for incest, slavery... just read the old testament) doesn't mean I'm selfish. Would you serve someone who is for, genocide, incest, infanticide, genocide, rape and all those horrible things? If you have a good morality, you probably wouldn't, btw your God says he is a jealous god. Exodus 20:5. Have a nice day :D

  • I am just like most of you and realize that evolution is reality, and I rarely come across a creationist who actually is making sense when debating it. But Mike Huckabee was actually making sense and wasn't putting out fake facts against evolution like most creationists do. The only thing that I disliked was when he said "If you want to believe you're the descendent of a primate then go ahead" because we are in fact primates whether you like it or not. It's fact, and it's not like you can belie

  • Just another money grabbing power hungry politician. The only difference between him and the rest he has used god to get to where he is.The others use god to get more.

  • hmm, there are no atheist candidates ...

  • What a fucking moron

  • If a person does not accept science than they are not fit to be the president of the united states.

  • The person did not ask rather Huckabee believed in God or not, he asked if he believed in creationism. I love the way these politicians avoid answering straight forward questions.

  • God bless you Huckabee....

    RON PAUL 2012

  • ever heard of a fucking dinosaur?

  • *sigh* Only in America.

  • Ah damnit. I always sort of liked him, I didn't know he was retarded.

  • Tail bone on a human is a vestigial structure, meaning it is the remains of a body part that we once may have had during the process of evolution.

  • Isn't the only openly atheist representative Pete Stark? But Huckabee's right, go elect him.

  • I disagree...being a president you do have a lot of power over what goes in and what not goes into a science textbook. You have a huge say in the issue. So to say "oh my belief doesn't matter in this campaign" is wrong. And this isn't just evolution either. It's about the whole attitude of how he treats science. I'm glad he lost. Hope that showed him!

  • @Casshyr The president doesn't have that great of a say. Yes, there is some influence, but stuff like curriculum would be presided over the education department, if any federal involvement. It's mostly state. Huckabee just called out a bait question that did not address his merits or flaws as a presidential candidate. His faith would only make him a Christian president, not a worse one or a better one. Honestly, I would vote for him for his ability to separate personal faith from public office

  • @BitterlyYoursxoxo Maybe not science curriculum, but what about other issues like embryonic stem cell research? Or funding for scientific research in general? These are all things that a president has great power over. If someone doesn't believe in evolution theory, that someone obviously holds a prior bias towards religion, and hence is likely going to be against things like embryonic stem cell research, yet major rational scientist will tell you such research is important.

  • @Casshyr But those, again, are issues that's not solely determined by the president. Also, I think it's too much to assume from one question how he feels about other issues. Yes, that type of behavior is common for some Christians, but it's cheating Huckabee to automatically assign those set of opinions because of his religious beliefs.

  • @BitterlyYoursxoxo yea i know the decision doesn't rest solely on the president (thank God!), but that doesn't mean the president has no significant influence over it. And actually, i was right about Mike's feelings for embryonic stem cell research. I made a guess here, and then since you made that comment, i looked it up. He is indeed against it haha. And he even sneaked in a few false scientific claims as well during an interview i saw.

  • @BitterlyYoursxoxo but yes, of course i don't make assumptions about people simply based on the attitude they have for evolution theory. But I do want to highlight that MOST Christians who deny evolution theory are the same people who also deny the scientific trends like embryonic stem cell research, cuz it builds on the same Christian principle. It's simply a statistical fact.

  • @Casshyr To be specific, Huckabee is against federally funded esc research, not allowing the research. You have to be careful about the wording here because it differentiates personal beliefs and political beliefs, which Huckabee has done a great job of separating. He recognizes he does have influence over controversial matters, but he's also aware that he can't allow his beliefs to violate the rights of citizens who don't share them. This is why I believe his faith isn't that big of a threat.

  • @Casshyr I won't deny that there are certain opinions that go together in certain Christians. I just find it unfair to assume that because there's one belief present, the others must be as well. Although, for the case of evolution and embryonic stem cell research, they're not based on the same Christian principle (at least, any that I can think of).

  • @BitterlyYoursxoxo hmm...how is being against federally funded esc research an example of differentiating personal beliefs from political beliefs? His main motivation/reason for against esc, whether he admits it or not, is still stemmed from Christian principles, and by lobbying against federal funding for esc, that's mixing the two, isn't it?

  • @Casshyr He is personally against it, but he's not against privately funded esc research. It's a touchy issue that he seems to consider shouldn't have federal endorsement nor opposition. His personal beliefs do mix in a little bit, but not to the extent that he's doing everything accordingly to his faith. Obviously, no one can be completely without bias, but it's enough from him that it would be unfair to accuse him of forcing the Christian agenda on the nation, abusing the power of his office.

  • @BitterlyYoursxoxo yea i see your point. Thx for the discussion.

  • @Casshyr Thanks for being so civil about it :)

  • Other countries are laughing at the USA over stuff like this. Even across the border in Canada, we do facepalms over this nonsense.

  • @carmium somehow I have the feeling that christians in canada agree with him. or are there no christians in canada..

  • @carmium forget other countries. i'm an american and i'm doing a serious facepalm that this is even a fucking debate. oh the shame!!!

  • "It's interesting that that question would even be asked of someone running for president."

YEAH YOU'D FUCKING THINK WE WOULDN'T HAVE TO ASK RETARDED QUESTIONS LIKE THAT, WOULDN'T YOU?

    SURPRISE.

  • martin luther was a murderer

  • a man like this would not be taken seriously in politics anywhere else in the world, apart from maybe iran, saudi arabia ETC

  • Comment removed

  • I love watching politicians squirm when questioned about their religion.

  • For all his talk about it not being relevant, he is wrong. Someone who does not understand 8th grade science is dangerous when they are in control of a country.

  • who cares what they teach in america, as long as evolution is taught in proper countries thats all that matters

  • Believing in God =/= Believing in Christianity. You believe in Christianity, Huckabee. And how in the hell is it an unfair question?? People want to know if you're going to attempt to reform laws to attempt to make America into a theocracy, like the candidates running this year. There is no question that is unfair when being considered for president of the US.

  • So glad this moron isn't running for president anymore. It's just too bad that all of the people running in the Republican party also believe this crap.

  • @chaseren11 I'm an atheist, but I honestly don't care if the president is a creationist as long as they don't try to push their ideas into schools.

  • @chaseren11 I think you have worse ones in these elections...

  • “Trust in the LORD with all your heart,

    And lean not on your own understanding;

In all your ways acknowledge Him,

And He shall direct your paths.”

    Proverbs 3:5-6

  • @DIXON011M This passage perfectly illustrates the folly of religion.

  • @DIXON011M If a man is caught in the act of raping a young woman who is not engaged, he must pay fifty pieces of silver to her father. Then he must marry the young woman because he violated her, and he will never be allowed to divorce her. ~ Deuteronomy 22:28-29

  • Tell me why i voted for obama again? This guy shoulda been the president

  • that was the best possible answer you coulda got from a creationist

  • If he is a fundamentalist we are asking for another Iraq war. Please do not vote for uneducated men who believe thing just because that's what they were told as a child.

  • I suppose he would look like an idiot if he said he believes in a talking snake.

  • @YamiYami17 isnt that under the assumption that the rate never increased? the rate of gross evolution in humans has come all but to a stop, since we have no natural drive, survival of the fittest doesnt apply in todays age, with the technology and medicine we have, just about anyone can reproduce, so natural selection is very limited

  • @davidkolo No think about it, let us say humans are big bacterias ok and in every 5 min a new neuron is selected ! very fast process no ? well it will take you then about 60 million year to evolve humans ! wich is enough to debunk evolution . the fact that evolution is the one surrounded with assumptions lies and funny statments, maybe this video will explain more stuff : /watch?v=WQIPIDMTN0o&feature=channel_video_title

  • @YamiYami17 again you are assuming that evolution is stuck at a set speed, that wouldnt make much sense; the necessity to evolve certain traits is surely stronger at one time than the other, like improving heat depletion if you live in a desert or vice versa on a cold mountain. think about the reason that humans evolved to be smarter so fast

  • @davidkolo "the necessity to evolve certain traits" you need to have first random mutations in the genome then natural selection ! there is no driving force that makes the process go faster, in fact there is no such thing called good mutation, all the mutation will destroy the information ! and even if we have, you will need to answer this : /watch?v=iNdhAYVtaDM

  • @YamiYami17 the guy said in the video "in fact, not one beneficial information adding mutation has ever been observed" thats actually not true, i can refer you to the Richard Lenski experiment, in which an e.coli bacteria had evolved to "suddenly acquired the ability to metabolise citrate, a second nutrient in their culture medium that E. coli normally cannot use." a very fascinating experiment indeed, a good mutation observed basically out of random chance

  • @davidkolo A lie sorry ^^" , bacteria have a mechanism of a long short adaptation !

    /watch?v=_s9oKio-fEU

  • @YamiYami17 are you saying the experiment i refered to is a lie or the video i was talking about lied. ill go under the assumption that you meant the video lied because it did. the other video you just linked said that no mutation has ever been observed to have any benefit to the organisms chances of survival but have only ever been harmful. i decided to look up "beneficial mutations" in google and found many many websites that gave numerous examples of beneficial mutations

  • @davidkolo In the video i gavedyou will have an explanation of the adaptations of bacteria, Evolutionist when they find a nylon eating becteria, they went like halilouya! we found our evidence lol but they know bacteria have the mechanism of adaptation, why they lie ? i think everyone knows why !

  • @YamiYami17 also, id like to say that im in no way an expert of evolutionary science, i actually know very little which is why im on youtube looking at this stuff; im just going off the evidence that i see and normal logic

  • @davidkolo You don't need to be an expert in evolution to debunk it, the same why you don't need to be expert in christianity to debunk it , just hit the the bottom of the tree, you don't need to know all the things about salvation and those stuff, just ask a chrsitian is god 1 in three or three in 1 ! and he will collapse, say to an evolutionist, can an all or non event like binary fission evolve ? and he will collapse, this is the nature of wrong things they are so so weak .

  • @YamiYami17 im starting to see what your saying, that a process like evolution couldnt create an event like the fission thing because it either happens or it doesnt, not much can be done to lead up to it. i have the same thought whenever i think about a creature that previously didnt have toe nails to a creature that does have toe nails, what could have been the transition between that. the answer i give myself is that it randomly occured because it just mutated and bam, there it was

  • @davidkolo It's not a gap in theory, i'm not trying to fill the gaps with intellgent design argument, but it is a fact against it, You need to find just one thing that didn't evolve and bang the theory, so because we know some stuff didn't evolve we can say surelly evolution is wrong .

  • @YamiYami17 maybe im just miss understanding but isnt evolution just the accumulation of random mutations that produce the most suitable organisms to the environment via natural selection? wouldnt it be fair to assume that binary fission is just another random mutation that led it to being more likely to survive than the rest of the organisms?

  • @davidkolo Non your not miss understanding, because the binary fission, is a high necessity process that insure the first cell to survive or the first cells if you want !

You can't have an accumulation of random mutations without generations ! and you can't have generations without binary fission lol :)

  • @YamiYami17 said "The probleme is that if you accepted that the first cell did get together in nature, you have to know that it's such a miracule beyond our minds like boeing 747 forming in your kitchen"

How does this kitchen analogy hold any weight? What evidence are you basing this analogy on? We are on a tiny rock that circles a star, a star that is one of LITERALLY TRILLIONS of other stars, in one galaxy, that is one of Trillions X10000 of other galaxy in the KNOWN universe.

  • @Pooverse Mathematical probability ! If you know what DNA needs to be formed and What a cell needs to be formed ( then life comes to it and let just don't talk about that ) You will then eather need to debunk the Mathematical probability which says that an event like that is just impossible and ridiculous to happen in nature , or your second option is just to accept that it didn't happen in nature.

  • @YamiYami17 said "Mathematical probability !"

Ok... tell me which credible physicists has done the equation for the "Mathematical probability" of DNA? Seems like your pulling that "probability" out of your ass.

Yami what you are describing is called Abiogenesis NOT Evolution. Abiogenesis has NOTHING to do with evolution. If we found proof tomorrow that an intelligent being created mitosis it would change ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about our current understanding of evolution on earth.

  • @YamiYami17 cont...Abiogenesis is the study of nonliving organic material giving rise to the first cells, DNA, and RNA. Evolution is the study of the diversity of species through the processes of natural selection, genetic drift and mutation.

Your goal to "cut-off" evolution at the root by questioning Abiogenesis is an ignorant one. Because they are NOT intrinsically linked. Cells could have road in on an asteroid, landed on Earth then EVOLVED. So evolution is still a fact.

  • @YamiYami17 and as for your " Mathematical probability" argument. No matter how slim you THINK the probability of abiogenesis is,the number against it WON"T be bigger than the number of stars in the known universe. However small the probability is, the numbers of places it could happen and amount of time it takes is still there.

Sure it's 1 out of 10000 to the million power life could form.

But there are 10000 to the TRILLIONTH power stars out there

  • @davidkolo this person yamiyami is taking advantage of your ignorance. Don't let him fool you. What he is describing is called abiogenesis...NOT EVOLUTION, don't let him tell you any different. Even if we were to say God made mitosis or (binary fission) that still does nothing to explain away our genetic similarities to all life on earth, it does nothing to stifle fossil evidence, comparative physiology, genetic profiling, and the dozens of other sciences that PROVE EVOLUTION.

  • @YamiYami17 thats just what i say to myself however, im sure theres a better explanation for the toe nails but im thinking that the binary fission thing came about just like the e.coli thing did in the experiment i mentioned, it sort of just randomly mutated that way. maybe there were a plethora of different types of bacteria with their own way of doing it but they just werent as effective, untill one day one guy did binary fission and was so successful that he changed everything

  • @davidkolo The probleme is that if you accepted that the first cell did get together in nature, you have to know that it's such a miracule beyond our minds like boeing 747 forming in your kitchen, and the only process that can keep that unique cell from dying is A- sexuel reproduction (binary fission) so you see you don't even have examples, this vid will show you more types of reproduction : /watch?v=WQIPIDMTN0o&feature=channel_video_title

The vidoe is funny ! :P

  • @YamiYami17 maybe im just not getting what your trying to say because i feel like i understand how binary fission could have happened and it would still fit with evolution, but thats just me

  • haha I feel like I shouldn't be mad about this anymore, but it is STILL infuriating that this guy actually thought it doesn't matter if the president doesn't know wtf evolution is... or that we have the option to pick an atheist president... or that the important thing is that the president be a Christian... facepalm!

  • It's time to enter the 21st century America.

Leave your millennia old, Middle Eastern desert tribe religions at the door please.

  • @rik78 Fucking A, brother,

  • Anyone who reads the Bible and does not beleive in it, simply doesn't understand it. I suggest giving it a second try. And until you read every verse, please don't comment. You will find answers to all your questions

  • @DIXON011M said "And until you read every verse, please don't comment."

What a pathetic cop-out. Go back to your herd, sheep!

Psalms 23:1 "The LORD is my shepherd; I shall not want."

"Not want"..more like I shall "blindly follow".

  • Comment removed

  • @Pooverse blindly follow?

I once was blind but now I see. I am not a fool to my own ignorance like yourself. Just because something is to hard to comprehend doesn't make something less real. I am sorry you don't know the joy of having a relationship with God, and knowing that no matter what happens on this earth I will be living in Heaven forever.

  • @DIXON011M said "I am not a fool to my own ignorance like yourself."

    What am I ignorant to?

"Just because something is to hard to comprehend doesn't make something less real."

-Kinda like evolution? BTW the bible is not hard to comprehend it's hard to take seriously from a rational logical mindset.

  • @Pooverse Sure just like evolution. If you want to put your faith and trust in a theory that has lived a few decades be my guest.

I put my trust and faith in a Jesus Christ who has lived over 2000 years. Your right its easy to comprehend the Bible, I feel sorry you are not able to. There is still time though

  • @DIXON011M said "your faith and trust in a theory that has lived a few decades be my guest."

The FACT of evolution has EARNED my TRUST. I have faith in NOTHING. Faith is belief without proof, there is PLENTY of physical evidence and PROOF for it to more than EARN my TRUST.

I put my faith and trust in the "theory" of evolution as much as I put faith and trust in the theory of gravity, or germ theory, or cell theory, or atomic theory, or theory of Electromagnetism.

  • @Pooverse Evolution is far from fact. It is no more than a working theory. There is plenty of facts to Christianity, just because you don't beleive them doesnt make them less truthful. Don't mistake Facts for Theory. There are countless problems with Evolution.

  • @DIXON011M said "Evolution is far from fact."

Then where can I find a wild poodle or Chihuahua?

  • @Pooverse Oh wow your right...you have just proven evolution to me lol I now beleive we are cousins with Monkeys. That doesn't prove anything except we can create similar species by mix breeding. So I am guessing humans came into existence because monkeys mated with a different species of monkey right?

  • @DIXON011M said "That doesn't prove anything except we can create similar species by mix breeding."

-And how do YOU as a creationist begin to classify and differentiate different species from different breeds? What are you using to define these animals into categories like breeds and species? IOW how do you know a Chihuahua is a dog and not a Cat? How it looks? It's DNA? What? Because the current way of defining those is through DNA and comparative physiology.

  • @Pooverse But see that is the problem...Just becuase they have similar looks and features does not make them related? Why can't they just be similar?

Do you beleive all humans and animals came one organism and it just sprouted out into different species? Do you beleive we are decendents of Monkeys?

  • @DIXON011M said "Do you beleive all humans and animals came one organism and it just sprouted out into different species?"

-If you believe kangaroos and koalas could swim back to Australia from where Noahs arc landed. If you believe fresh water fish could survive 40 days of breathing salt water. If you believe Noah could feed and clean up after MILLIONS of animals. If thats the alternative, then YES I accept the FACT all living things have a common ancestor which is proven by DNA.

  • @Pooverse said "YES I accept the FACT all living things have a common ancestor"

There is no FACT in Evolution its a theory and nothing more. Apparently this child beleives we are all related...dogs, fish, frogs, whales, birds, were all one big family lol

  • @DIXON011M Ok now your just getting pathetic...do you have anything of intellect or knowledge to share or are you just gonna fall back on this shallow facade of the argument. You have not tried to refute ONE of my perfect point.

Nice how you quoted "YES I accept the FACT all living things have a common ancestor" and left out this "which is proven by DNA." You creationist are fucking pathetic intellectually devoid morons.

  • @Pooverse oops I forgot to add proven by DNA lol how could I

Its no wonder why you can't beleive in a religion that is based on Love, Compassion, Serving, Obediance, when you have such a hate filled mind. I think its sad that you can actually say "You creationist are fucking pathetic intellectually devoid morons" to anyone no matter what. But I see why Christianity is not pleasing to you

  • @DIXON011M Religion based on love? Anyone arrogant enough to reject the verdict of the judge or of the priest who represents the LORD your God must be put to death(Deuteronomy 17:12 NLT)

If a man lies with a male as with a women, both of them shall be put to death for their abominable deed; they have forfeited their lives(Leviticus 20:13 NAB)

  • @DIXON011M

They entered into a covenant to seek the Lord, the God of their fathers, with all their heart and soul; and everyone who would not seek the Lord, the God of Israel, was to be put to death, whether small or great, whether man or woman. (2 Chronicles 15:12-13 NAB)

Make ready to slaughter his sons for the guilt of their fathers; Lest they rise and posses the earth, and fill the breadth of the world with tyrants. (Isaiah 14:21 NAB)

  • @DIXON011M Cursed be he who does the Lords work remissly, cursed he who holds back his sword from blood. (Jeremiah 48:10 NAB) Make ready to slaughter his sons for the guilt of their fathers; Lest they rise and posses the earth, and fill the breadth of the world with tyrants. (Isaiah 14:21 NAB)

  • @DIXON011M Deuteronomy 13:13-19 NLT states that if one man in a town worships a different God, the entire town must be burned and all of its inhabitants must be slaughtered.

  • @DIXON011M said "Apparently this child beleives we are all related...dogs, fish, frogs, whales, birds"

    Apparently DNA "believes" that too.

  • @DIXON011M said "So I am guessing humans came into existence because monkeys mated with a different species of monkey right? "

NO not right. You obviously have a TERRIBLE understanding of evolution. Hell I would even believe in creationism if my understanding of evolution was that ignorant.

  • @DIXON011M You believe in a god that wrote/inspired a book with 438 contradictions in it? A god so powerful it can't reveal itself to people *unless they already believe*? And only then reveal itself as the voice in your head?

You are deluding no one but yourself.

If Yeshua even lived, he died 2000 years ago because the Romans didn't like crazy people hanging around the place. And even the matter of his supposed death can be deeply undermined by logic, reason and historical accuracy.

  • @DaToNyOyO Historicaly speaking the Bible is accurate. I am not sure what you are reading. I am not sure how you can say IF he even lived. It just comes down to this simple issue..you think you can apply human logic and reason to disprove God. Only going to get you into trouble. It takes more faith to beleive our world just popped into existence without a Creator and we evolved from small organisms over billions of years. The chances are much greater that I am right and you are wrong

  • @DIXON011M

Don't make me laugh! The bible is demonstrable, historically inaccurate. There is no decent evidence for Yeshua's existence. The most prolific writers of that age never mentioned him.

It takes *no faith* to believe in evidence and facts and rationality. None.

And you can't play the odds game either, because there are *millions of religions* and you only picked *one* of them to follow.

The chances of you being wrong is only 1 religion less than me! That's not much greater.

  • @DaToNyOyO There are many religions but most of them are based around the similar bieliefs. Though they are extremely different they also have similarities. There is plenty of evidence to support Christianity, I wouldnt just believe something without any evidence. But beleive what you want. I am not telling you to become a believer. If you want to think we just popped into existence out of nowhere then go ahead. There is not a chance that is true

  • @DIXON011M

There is far greater chance of it than your baseless claim of an unknowable, unseeable, undetectable, omniscient, omnipotent deity that *can't even send a clear message* to humanity resulting in 1000's of factions of *the same religion*.

The very fact that we have no clear evidence and no certainty of a god proves that there isn't one. That doesn't even take logic. That's simple.

Do you really think that if there was a god it couldn't communicate a clear message? Really?!

  • @DaToNyOyO You are so lost in our own thoughts right now...Its not that God has not created a clear message because he has. Its the Bible. Take Islam for example...They beleive in God, but their beliefs are radically different becuase of Mohammed. Who rambled off false teachings. Which started its own religion. That has nothing to do with God's inability. Same with Judiasm. Romans covered up the face that Jesus rose from the dead. Which is why they still deny Him today. Humans have done this

  • @DIXON011M

You couldn't miss the point more if you were deliberately dodging it :-|

We're talking about a super-being here. The fact that there a thousands of denominations of christianity alone shows that your god does not exist because *there is no clear message*.

    438 contradictions in the bible.

Are you suggesting that this "god" is so un-powerful that it can't make things clear? That it can't send a simple, clear message that won't get screwed up by man? Really?

    That's not a god.

  • @DaToNyOyO There could be 1 Trillion denominations of Christianity, they are all built around the same principles and beliefs. It is a matter of interpretation of scripture. That does not change the message of the Bible.

Don't forget about Satan either. He powerful crafty and has impacted this world tremendously. He does anything to pull people away from God. This will only result in eternal suffering in Hell.
