from what I saw in this clip the officers had a less than compliantindividual on one side of town and choose to drive through a block party to get there... That was not right.
We need laws that makes it illegal for homeland security or law enforcement to conduct an arrest, raid or an insurrection againt an American citizen or citizens without the camera and sound rolling. Our tax dollars paid for that equipment, make them use it! The dash cam should not be the only footage presented.
On the Block Party Permit is a section that says u must keep the street accessable to emergency vehicles. Yes, its there, I've had Block Partys myself.

The video wasn't a bad video. It was very well put together. It would be a lot better if it were a little more on the factual side and a lot less on the side of conjecture. No one thought that Jacob was from the news. We acted according to procedure and all were exonerated from the outside agency that conducted the investigation. I am so fucking glad that I do not work for Cincinnati any longer...it just wasn't worth it....

Unfortunately it is quite possible for outside agencies to be corrupted or bribed. I know this from personal expirience with factory farm and laboratory investigations. I am NOT saying that was the case with this specific incident, just that such agencies aren't as credible as they should be.

What a waste of my time - this must be the most one sided video ive watched, and can u explain how both those incidents, the traffic stop at clifton and lang and the block party are related as they occured on completely different days!!! - So in response to the lady who said 'what did it have to do with us?' the answer is fuck all! as the police were clearly responding to an emergency call
the incidents did occur on the same date and were related. I (former officer fangman) did not get reprimanded for the incorrect time on my dashcam (if mine was even the one that was incorrect). WHATEVER!! The point is there are a lot of things being said here that are simply untrue. I was ordered to transport the suspect to the district although I initially refused as it was a clear violation of procedure. Any other questions about the truth, ask me, I was there for the entire incident.

I have acopy of it and know it well but I about shit when I saw it on BET!! It was weird to say the least. My brother is a cop on another state and saw it here way before I knew about it being here.

But then again I have been to Cincinatti before and know that the situation there is much more complicated and far different from our department.

the incidents did occur on the same date and were related. I (former officer fangman) did not get reprimanded for the incorrect time on my dashcam (if mine was even the one that was incorrect). WHATEVER!! The point is there are a lot of things being said here that are simply untrue. I was ordered to transport the suspect to the district although I initially refused as it was a clear violation of procedure. Any other questions about the truth, ask me, I was there for the entire incident.

That cop is not gonna bring forward to the public no documentation, cuz the moment she does, she's losin' her job, like LAPD Officer Rafael Perez did, when he got caught stealing drugs from the evidence room, he told on all the dirty cops not only at his post, but thru the whole dept, which started a department wide investigation & a lot of dirty pigs got fired from the force, some went to "protective custody" if they served jail time, she's one of them racists bullies that likes to be that way.

The guy in the black T-shirt run out in front of and stopped the cop car on it's way to a backup call. Why would the people holding a block party not hold the party at a park,baseball park,basketball park, or even a parking lot instead of having it in the street? It was a block party all right, and one of the people deliberately blocked and stopped the police car. Wrong place for the party. That street is a public transport infrastructure.

As a white boy, who has visited Cincinnati, I can tell you that the cop who I got directions from at the hotel, even warned me about the POlice in the area where I was going. Told me to just say 'yes sir', 'no sir' and stay outta the way. He seemed truly worried about my safety, even though his instructions went right along with this mayhem.

Know your rights and exercise them. The cop barrels around a sign that says road closed with a crowd of people on the other side than they start acting like they are breaking up a riot. The civil war of the US is already here in Chicago, Alabama, Miami,Detroit. all over, where ever their is misjustice, corrupt officials, greedy community leaders, lack of REAL paying jobs, and a real lack of opportunities for the people is just a breeding ground for disobediance among the people. People want to be able to provide and live for with their families. In a way that is egual where we all have the same opportunities regardles of religion, race, language.
