  • the best movie ever made!

  • i just noticed it's inverted to prevent copyright! clever.

  • I know in the book neither of the patel sisters die, but when trelawney and I think Parvati are sitting together it looks like the person inbetween ( in the bodybag ) is the other one. Is it, or just an extra ?

  • Would just LOVE to be in that courtyard fighting the Death Eaters and Voldemort's followers XD

  • I just wish they would have had Sprout throwing plants,Peeves chucking stuff and Hagrid getting hauled off by the Spiders because he didn't want anyone to hurt them LOL! But even without those things this is a great scene and makes me tear up everytime I see it.

  • want to cry (sniff) THANK U J.K. ROWLING, with out u i would not be the bperson i am today! ;D

  • am I the only one who noticed that everything is opposite like it was recorded in the mirror?

  • Love it

  • does anyone know where to get this music?

  • I love the Patronus ! :D

  • those dementors got fucked

  • This is one of my favourite parts in the film: The music, the epic battles everything! The way they made this is amazing! It's so epic and also so sad (the music)! This is a masterpiece!

  • amo esta escena

  • Comment removed

  • UNGHHH damn - the combination of effects, character's determination, prowess, and the minor key change in the music is just...

the Dumbledores were the definition of Get Shit Done. Each of them always did the utmost with the much they were given.

  • i feel bad for collin at 1:03, he just got eaten

  • @girmreaper4 That wasnt collin it was lavender brown

  • @JBCMGaming it kinda of looked like him, but i found out it was lavender and that she got killed by fenir greyback, and a few days ago

  • i want the music for this what is it called!!

  • @emily4mickeyxxx courtyard apocalypse by alexandre deslpat

  • @Meteepee thanks so much!!!

  • I had two absolute favourite scenes in this movie.

This one obviously, and in the hall where Snape is headmaster and Voldemort starts talking to their minds, when the girls starts screaming and all that.

*Shivers* This movie was an absolute masterpiece!!

  • Chills.

  • I wish there were like 10000 more scenes like this in the movie... I thought it was a perfect film, but everything just needed to be LONGER! An extra 30 minutes would have sufficed, and so longer time in Diagon Alley, Gringotts, Protecting the School, MORE BATTLE OF HOGWARTS (THERE WAS ABOUT 10 MINS IN TOTAL!), Snape's memories, BEllatrix vs Molly fight and I would have loved to have seen more "epic" shots, such as everyone in HOgsmeade rushing towards the Castle and other schools flying in!

  • whos the dude that was sucking the girls blood i forgot his name

  • @carlosperezvidal Greyback

  • @BleakDisc Thanks

  • @carlosperezvidal Fenrir Greyback. :)

  • 0:15 Oliver wood!

  • is lavender die ???

  • ...I get so teary eyed watching this. The music, the acting, everything just came together. I cried at 1:09 because I can tell that they're so afraid and their acting is amazing at this part. I would like to think i'd be as brave as the students who stayed to fight. I bet Oliver Wood was the leader of the students on the broomsticks. I can't believe how much they'd grown up in ten years in the book, movies, and the real people who played their unforgettable parts in this series..

  • ; Ok , I Got The Movie Yesterday For The Regular Version ( No Blu-Ray Plaer ) && My TV Got Very Dark When The Beggining Of This Scene Started . I Couldn't See Anything Until The People On The Broomsticks Were Flying . I Realized I Missed Alot Watching This Clip . Do I Need A Blu-Ray Player , New TV , Or Is It The DVD ? Yelllllllp !

  • l love the music <3

  • Why didn't he create something new, example: Aurora & Beauxbatons Academy together fly to Hogwarts as reinforcements.

  • Ugh, so many chills. An end of an era, an end of a childhood. Harry Potter will always be a part of me. Always.

  • @Crin9

Yes it is him, but it is unclear both in the book and in the movie if Lavender Brown survives.

  • @3419soxnation It was unclear in the book, but here she looks pretty dead to me.

  • 1:02 is that fenrir greyback drinking her blood? who is it? please anwser!

  • its like three random kids runnning through a courtyard and you guys out of everybody dont even get scratched and where the heck are you going

  • bakansisimo

  • i already have this film on dvd HDRIP Buhahaha Torrent FTW

  • It's a shame that u dont see Hagrid fighting the acromantula's becuase the was one of my favourite parts in the books.

  • Aberforth at 1:19, "YOU SHALL NOT PASS!!!!!"

    :p

  • @thewhateverdude123 just like gandalf

  • @thewhateverdude123 he looks like gandalf anyway lol

  • @thewhateverdude123 you sir/madam are awesome

  • Holy shit.... 0:56 if you listen and look closely, it's TRELAWNY who screams CRUCIO!!!!! Never mess with the hippies...

  • @Thomasveach95 It totally sounds like a dude :/

  • @HurtMeSoul108 Or Trelawny when she is about to fuck people up, it sounds like a woman screaming. Listen carefully.

  • I dont know what I'd do without Harry Potter.

  • Are u sure? it sounds like a male voice?

  • That was Trelawney yelling "CRUCIO" :)

  • Merlins pants! at 0:20 you can see that giant troll thwacking a student across the courtyard with it's weapon. Dayum.

  • @HurtMeSoul108 It's not just any weapon. It's actually a goal post torn from the Hogwarts quidditch pitch.

  • @rohirrim11rider Is it?? Bloody hell I never noticed that. Thanks.

  • @rohirrim11rider :O WHAT??!! HOW COULD THEY??!!

  • @HurtMeSoul108 oh my god how did u notice dat??!! :D:D

  • @mickyjoe97 I guess I was just staring pretty intently at the screen (about 2 centimeters away lol). How bloody horrible! Evil troll. I wish Grawp was there to help defend the students and Hagger.

  • @HurtMeSoul108 hehehe its pretty cool though :D:D

  • @HurtMeSoul108 OMG you have good eyes, I hope that wasn't lavander who then got killed again by Fnir Greyback! lol

  • @davidsonca12 Oh shit imagine if it was!! Thwacked across the courtyard by a Quidditch hoop and then eaten while you lay dying. I hope not!

  • @HurtMeSoul108 its not a troll

  • @9753241860hb I realize now I made the mistake of calling it a troll when it's a giant. I apologize, smart ass.

  • @HurtMeSoul108 ; Lmaooo , I Thought I Was The Only Person Who Realized That !

  • @HurtMeSoul108 Holy shit...

  • Many people complaint abou the adaptation of the last book...I have, many times. But the thing is, when you think about it we, hp fans couldnt have been luckier! In first place, we got our book divided in to 2, otherwise the character development and emotions would have been totally forgotten and the action would have been the main theme...These movies are perfectly handled in cinematic terms, there are many decisions to make, but I think the final product was as good as it could have been

  • @ephimer All of the emotion from the final book in part 2 of the movie was obliterated, and so many key characters were ignored, Fred's death, for instance? Where was Buckbeak, the centaurs, Kreacher and the other house-elves, Grawp? The main battle sequences were hardly on screen long enough except for in this Courtyard Apocalypse scene, and honestly the only thing that saved it for me was Alexandre Desplat's deeply moving score music. I'm not a snob, or harsh for the sake of it, but it sucks.

  • @HurtMeSoul108 I thought that it kept most of the emotion from the last part of the book. As for the Buckbeak, the Centaurs, Kreacher, House-Elves, and Grawp, they didn't really need to be in there. Heck, Buckbeak hasn't been seen since the third movie. So, the movie didn't suck, to me at least. Like you said, I do wish that there were more battle scenes. I actually heard a rumor somewhere that there are more battle scenes in the deleted scenes.

  • @DarthVorace Very true, and that would've been a lot of CGI work just for a few minutes' worth, wouldn't it, my point though really was that I just generally dislike how much of the last few chapters of the book they left out or changed. Some parts were spot on, I thought, like Snape's memory montage, the Gringotts sequence, the Room of Requirement scene and the 19 Years Later scene (though they completely ignored the rest of Harry's children and Ginny) but the rest...ehh.

  • urgh this scene always makes me cry

  • for a second there i thought harry had cast the patronus. i was like, "when had harry becoming so strong?" lol then i saw alberforth

  • oliver wood: Come´on! thats all

  • @MrParryro WAS THAT OLVIERW OOD? I NEVER RECOGNIZED HIM, LOL

  • i wonder what aberforth's happy thought was to make such a big patronus

  • @KingGhidorah5464 I think the thought could be Ariana.

  • 0:22 look at the way ron runs... XD

  • It's amazing how powerful this scene is and still so dramatic. Respect for the music all those years. I can't name one single movie that you can feel the music as in Harry Potter.

  • Aberforth was obviously very powerful, just like his brother. :)

  • Love the Patronus spell. It would be better if Harry was the one who cast it...

  • haha 0:23 one death eater down :D

  • why would the spiders help Voldemort. wouldnt they help Hagrid because he was the owner of their leader

  • @iamobeliskquake Do you remember in Chamber of Secrets when Harry and Ron were attacked by the same spiders? And their leader died by Half-Blood Prince. :)

  • At 1:00, that spider got BLASTED!!!

  • luna at 0:59

  • those blue lights arent just stupefys they represent the heros that fought for hogwarts

  • Thinks they changed in the film that never happened in the books:

    -Lavender didn't die

-Aberforth did not cast the patronus, it was members of Dumbledore's Army who saved the trio from he dementors.

    - Once the piece of Voldemort's soul inside harry was destroyed and Harry faced him in the great hall,Voldemort's curse rebounded and killed him, but his corpse was in the hall unlike the movie in which he turns into confetti like Bellatrix -.-

THE BOOKS ARE WAY BETTER THAN THE FILMS!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @9753241860hb

-Lavender's death gave even more of a feel of loss to the characters and the feel of loss in the overall film, whilst sad, it worked.

-I felt it was good seeing Aberforth finally coming round and fighting for what his brother stood for

-I thought Harry & Voldemort's cross-school fight was awesome and the slow, 'Its all finally over' death for voldy was better than "Voldemort was dead. Killed by his own rebounding curse"

This is all my own opinion

  • @KennyFilmsOfficial I think they should have shown the explosion that killed Fred instead of showing lavender and also Aberforth was there fighting but I would have preferred if Luna and the other 2 from the DA casted the patronus instead so they could show how the the efforts Harry put into the DA finally prevented him from getting kissed by the dementors. Idk the battle in the movie was very different, I enjoyed the book and the film both of them were great!

  • @9753241860hb Lavender didn't really in the movie/book. It was left for discussion. Last we see her is very feebly moving and breathing and in the movie when Padma covers someone it's not her but a Professor. Like the book, the movie left it up as to whether or not she did survive.

  • Looks like Malfoy watched this movie...

  • Dementors got owned.

  • 0:56 someone said crucio :O

  • I love the way Aberforth makes an EPIC entrance the way Dumbledore made EPIC exits.

  • I love this so much

  • Sheesh. Having the last name of Dumbledore must give +1000 to magic.

  • @TWIICEtheMegaPower In the movies, in the book Aberforth was not that good at magic, he coudl cast a patronus but not something that big, its just for the movie that they make it all flashy and big

  • I dont think it was just Alberforth that cast the patronus it was seamus, Kinglsey, Katie Bell, Ginny, Romilda Vane, one of the patils and Leanne (katies Friend) Too :) thats why the spell was big.

  • @RachelHamiltonx No it wasn't it was only Aberforth. You could recognise it.

  • If you want to listen to amazing music while watching this...

type in 'Dark Knight End Credits' on youtube

Play the music at 1:55 and try to synch it up at the start of this (HP) video.

  • Amazing

  • I wish they would have made the battle more emotional. I did cry during this scene, but they didnt show enough of the battle.Like zooming through the school and showing the death eaters were winning. I also wish they would of had Hermione kill some1. Like yell AVADA KADAVRA.

  • @KantnisPotter98 I don't think Hermione would ever use an Unforgiveable. Plus, she might've killed Greyback in this clip, though I'm not sure.

  • I like the end of this clip it says "im Abeforth fucking Dumbledore" (:

  • SO FREAKING EPIC

  • me encanto esa escena simplemente genial

  • Can you please message me where you downloaded the movie, I have tried downloading so many copies but they aren't as good as this

  • 0:22 yeah ron! show that death eater who's boss!

  • It's unbelievable how this scene actually effects me more every time I see it..

Something that's been a kind of home for ten years or so being killed and torn apart..

  • i just noticed this is in reverse.........but who CARES!

  • That´s how a patronus is done :)

  • I saw the midnight showing of this and Through this whole scene My friend and I were crying and my bf was looking at me like "it's only a movie love"

  • The spiders scared the shit out of me the first time I saw this. But the way they entered the scene for me made it more dramatic.

  • Albeforth: EXPECTO PARTRONAM!!!

    Dementors: time to go.

  • The Dumbledores are all BAMF

  • wow esa es una de las escenas que mas me conmovio

  • epic

  • When femur greenback was eating lavender brown and when her body was shown that image to me has been the most powerful image in the entire hp saga

  • @qwertysun108 I think you mean Fenrir Greyback :P

  • 1:30 IS THAT dumboldore?

  • @Groglurk its dumbeldores brother aberforth :)

  • @Groglurk yes, albus dumbledore's brother

  • 0:40 CRACK BABY!!!!

  • who is the guy or a girl lay on the round when the wolf eat or doing something?

  • @thereisnosuchthingas Lavender Brown

  • @thereisnosuchthingas Lavender Brown.

  • who is the guy or a girl lay on the round when the wolf eat or doing something?

  • Damn..Alberforth used one of the biggest spells seen in Harry Potter.

  • @oakdaleatwt i wonder what his happy thought was

  • @oakdaleatwt seen in the Harry Potter movies."

  • at 0:20 you can see a giant hit a person with the quidditch hoop

  • I like aberforths porths

  • At 0:57 I can see Trelawney!!

  • ABERFORTH is a bad ass here!! he rocked! :)

  • Lavender T_T "Courtyard Apocalypse" is the most epic of the score . Oh yeah I always cry in these scenes. Is so sad

  • :49 ron's probably like.. oh shit why cant they be butterflies!

  • This makes me so sad everyone dying but makes me want to be in it cuz it looks bloody brilliant. All those blue flashes of light stupefying coming front the end of their wands

  • Sybill Trelawney's Crucio at 0:40!

  • @Scarpa91 I can't see Trelawney!! I really wanna see her cast a spell!

  • @HarryPotterExtravega Sorry It's at 0:56 or maybe I think the witch yelling "Crucio" is Sybill!

  • Can't wait to have this movie in blu-ray. :3

  • why is it mirrored?

  • @13leafslover so its not removed due to copyright.

  • Lavender is not dead coz in the book it says that when fenrir Greyback attacks he emobilizes them so she isn't dead she is knocked out he he is turning her into a werewolf prob

  • @kenny10661 In the book Fenrir never got to attack because Hermione cast a spell at him and then a crystal ball was dropped on his head. She was injured from whatever made her fall down off the balcony.

  • ='(

  • cool theme

  • oh my god when i saw lavander i was SRSLY CRYING!!! even though she is weird and i didnt really lkiked her in the 6th movie i REALLY felt sorry for her! :((((

  • It makes me completely SICK watching Greyback eating Lavander's flesh. What a terrible way to treat someone's body after they DIE.

  • Does anyone else think Aberforth Dumbledore was thinking of his sister when he conjured that Patronus?

Excellent sound quality, by the way. I heard a lot of things I hadn't before.

  • Some days... i wake up, wishing that my dreams of living in the magical world.... would come true. Sometimes i hope that an invitation to Hogwarts school will show up at my house.... I cried when Harry Potter and The Deathly Hallows was over, i will miss the feeling of anxiously awaiting the arrival of a new movie in theatres. HP will live on through the Harry Potter generation. And usually i won't do this but thumbs up if you are Pround to be a Part of the Harry Potter Generation

  • @6aRooQiProDucTionZ Always :-)

  • @6aRooQiProDucTionZ haleluya to that hp is always in our hearts

  • Pourquoi les gestes sont à l'envers ? Car à l'origine ce n'est pas comme ca, ca perturbe :P

  • This was the bit I started to cry, I had laughed at the rest when this scene happened, everyone in the sudience went deadly quiet :'(

and Im ashamed to say when I first saw Poor sweet Lavender lying there, i thought it was Colin Creevey :S

    Sorry Lavender, R.I.P<3

  • By watching that i wish i was harry i woild ne able to kill every deatheater that stands in my wau
