Why aren't companies investigated when people die of work related illnesses such as stress, overwork, heart disease et cetera?

This is only a half truth they are leaving out 60% of the story. Question is why? I know I have personally bought approx. 4.5 million in key man / woman insurance about 10 yrs ago. It is a very cheap way for an employer to provide some very attractive benefits to the employee, & their family, and the living staff also benefits in most cases. Can also be used as tax deferred savings and long term tax free income for the Co. They still sell it ask your insurance guy.
