I remember racing at Daylsford in the late 60s. I remember a guy rolling into the dam in the middle of the track. I believe he is still the only bloke on earth to die by drowning,racing speedway.

You bloody beauty! I used to mention to the guys at work I was off up to Dayelesford on the weekend - they'd start waxing lyrical about the spas and stuff (being GIRLS or Gay or Metro Sexuals)so they all had their theories of the area. A mate's Mum still used to live up there so we'd go stay for the weekend & go racing - this is brilliant!!
