Flared a tad bit too high, but not unlike many real first time Boeing 757 first officers on their first familiarization flight. It is well known among new 757 first officers (though I know this model was not a 757) that it likes to 'float' down the runway during the flare. You have to get used to really flying the 757 all the way to the ground for smoother landings.

tie some water balloons to an rc car and put them under it, get someone else to control the car and when the plane gets close enough for the car to pick up signal make the cars wheels turn and the water bombs will snap off if they are glued to the wheels. i did this with my friends and it was awesome!
