@Arminsaf2 He was doing basejumps where instead of a parachute, his rope would break his fall by angling him away from the cliff and giving way, almost like a bungee cord. He jumped once and broke the world record, but left all his gear there after the record. 3 weeks later he came back and jumped again, but his gear had weathered and failed, causing him to fall 1,000 feet to his death

It is their right to do what they love and to do what inspires them. To that end, I commend them and they are indeed incredible people. However I think that life is too important to risk for thrills.
