How does the reloading system work?

@LearnWebDev Read the instructions of the toggle blocks mod from the link in the description. When a toggle block receives power it can make any block you have set to it appear anywhere you like

@doh9808 Yes but the difference is not that great. What I mean is that the basic mechanism of the cannon is 38 blocks high, if I build it to the top of the world I would be launching myself from height 90 instead of 7 that I am now which is a gain of just 83 blocks
