  • Maybe I shouldn't have called it cheating. But, I did explain in the first few frames what I meant by cheating. Thanks for all of your comments!

I appreciate the video response, but want to let you know that I didn't have that version when I made my video.

  • you made a lot of hard work out of the one @ 2:40secs, I draw one big straight line across all 3 platforms and drop a box.

Saying that, there are a few levels that I go the long way round

  • ur cheating!

  • it's not cheating. the whole point of the game is to use whatever you want to. but creating rules by yourself for yourself is completely okay too. arbitrary limitations are the basis of the whole concept of a "game" in any sense.

  • Is erasing considered cheating? Cuz I kind of think that it is...

  • no isnt

  • You say "without cheating". I didn't even know there was a cheat. I completed Deluxe "without cheating". What is the cheat anyhow?

  • I would have thought that it would be without using the push kind of thing when you click the circle and it can be pushed along

  • To me that just seemed like a simple solution. In the reviews of the game on a few sites, it was praised for many reasons but one of its critiques was that a lot of the levels were not challenging enough and unimaginable. That, in order to get clever levels, you had to resort to custom downloads. I can appreciate that as I could only think of a few of levels to design. It would take a large team or a small team of creative level designers to come up with enough challenging levels to do.

  • You could, I suppose, add personal limits or restrictions to add tot he challenge. Calling it "cheating" though is inaccurate.

  • May I ask How you are able to complete a square after drawing only half of it? Oh and is thee a hot key function for getting the lines so straight?

I recently got this on the PC, so wondering if perhaps you are playing on a different system.

Nice video from a person with shaky hands =)

  • No, Crayon Physics has only been released on the PC. What is happening is that he is playing the 7 level free version of the game where in lots of mechanics don't exist: IE, Rope, Single lines, Bounce physics, and much more. This free version can only make squares and as a result only needs half the square to draw out the rest. The full version is a little bit more demanding.

  • Thanks very much, very helpful =)

  • Nice job. Simple and classy.

  • Wow How did you think of that?

  • The part about this game not having real world physics.

  • "The solutions presented here use only the laws of real-world physics." lol at this, half of that wouldn't work in the real world, so not a very good comparison, nice video though. :)

  • Which half?
