We have had the technology to burn coal clean for decades (at least 30 years). The trouble is, it is too expensive. That is why it hasn't been done on a large scale. Joe is either a liar or he doesn't understand the technology.

If Manchin goes to Washington, he'll cave for sure. If he stays in Charleston as Governor, perhaps he'll stay true to his WV principles.
