Roy E. Disney and Leonard Maltin are striving to get it released to the public, if I recall correctly. Don't quote me on that, though. ^^
See, that's what makes it so damn funny, and it's one of the reasons why cartoon network's boomerang can encourage painfully hilarious commentary. Also, let's not forget Power Rangers. The black guy was the black ranger, and had a gun. It wasn't meant to offend, but it did, and there is true comedy in that kind of thing today when looking back on old shows from then. Captain Planet is another perfect example of such.
