I think thats more the commander in chimp's style 1dvldogg. Read up on Jeff Gannon. Bush used to or still does polish his knob. Crazy neocons always so anti homosexual yet most of you are in the closet yourselves LOL!
Its sad Olbermann seems to be the only one in the media with any balls. Hopefully people continue to support Keith and eventually the current cowardly media starts bandwagoning his style against Bush and crew or at the very least some others break off from the cowardly herd and join Keith in being brave and speaking that voice of dissent and truth to power.
Comparing people to the nazis is old hat. Damn the current administration for making the kooks right. Maybe we can punch the Dems in the gut a few times until their balls pop back out.
He's really reaching here. In fact he is more like Neville Chaimberlain than Rumsfeld. he's whacked and going for ratings. His listeners ( all eleven of them ) must be as goofy is he is.
Whacked? Researchers like him who have a respect for true history have been whacked by the administrations downplaying of their statements, so yeah, he is whacked a bit. As far as ratings are concerned, I don't think he needs to worry. If he were O'Reily it would be a different story.
I'm sorry but history must not be one of your strong suits. Neville would be doing what he's doing right now. I'm not going to get into a back and forth with you. Please read a little about the events leading up to the bombing of England. I also respect your right to disagree with me.
Well Joe, that's a really uniformed statement. O'Reilly's August ratings were 5 times that of Olby-loon. Oh and in the "money demo" (25-54 age group) that Olby harps on so incessantly, O'Reilly averaged 495k to Keith's 165k. So, why should O'Reilly worry again?
Well... if O'Reily keeps on getting facts wrong... then he'll have to worry. He keeps on losing audience while Keith gains. Yes, quantitatively, O'Reily slams Olbermann, but over time that may change. We just don't know.
"And yet he can stand up, in public, and question the morality and the intellect of those of us who dare ask just for the receipt for the Emporer's New Clothes?
In what country was Mr. Rumsfeld raised? As a child, of whose heroism did he read? On what side of the battle for freedom did he dream one day to fight? With what country has he confused the United States of America?
The confusion we -- as its citizens-- must now address, is stark and forbidding."
What's wrong with being a nerd. Childish taunts are just that- childish. Believe me, if your a nerd and making 6 figures a year out of college you don;t care what people call you. At the end of the day you are happy to be a nerd.
LOL.. man-o-live.. you are clever! Thanks for the post though. Add some more.. lets see, I think if we work together we can push this video into one of the top rankings... and everybody can see for themselves if Rumsfeld or Olbermann is the fool
Yeah, you tell them gellman! Stupid goddamn nerds with their "facts", their so-called "research", and their silly "logic" and "common sense". Who the hell do they think they are?!
Keith's pompous ravings are his opinion and often have little to do with "facts." He's just a narcissist who loves to hear himself talk. He's also a cowardly creep who never engages anyone who disagrees with him or can challenge his leftwing, conspiracy-laden opinions. That's why he'll never be anything close to Edward R. Murrow.
Then please, kind sir, enlighten me. If Olbermann's editorial is but the ravings of a pompus windbag, then it should be easy to offer a counterpoint to it. Explain to me what Rumsfeld meant by portraying this administration's critics as suffering from moral or intellectual confusion. Explain how war opponents are appeasing a new type of fascism. Or are ad hominems all that you have in your bag of tricks?

Sinister, Gellman... some words of wisdom:
Nerds run this planet's technology, its nothing new.
Facts and research are just like oil: they need to be dug up and served at a low cost.
Logic is the map of consequences for actions, which has been tinkered with lately.
Lastly, reality can be your best friend or your worst enemy, so try your best to get on its good side.

Sorry if I wasn't clear. I was being sarcastic. Basicaly mocking his use of the word nerd as an insult. As if that's something to be ashamed of.

ok... sorry about that.

This my favorite quote from Olbermann
"And yet he can stand up, in public, and question the morality and the intellect of those of us who dare ask just for the receipt for the Emporer's New Clothes?
In what country was Mr. Rumsfeld raised? As a child, of whose heroism did he read? On what side of the battle for freedom did he dream one day to fight? With what country has he confused the United States of America?
The confusion we -- as its citizens-- must now address, is stark and forbidding."

"The man who sees absolutes where all other men see nuances and shades of meaning is either a profit or a quack... Donal H. Rumsfeld is not a profit"
Awesome quote. It's amazing Olberman used to be the sports guy.

Which is what Olbermann does on a nightly basis. So he's not only a nerd, he's also childish.
