well in my humble opinion nofx didn't make any from the rancid songs worse (sometimes better and sometimes just good in a diff way)..whereas racind did in fact some bad versions of nofx songs, suchs as don't call me white and vanilla sex.

i would say that:

Rancid make Vanilla Sex, Bob and The Moron Brothers better (but Stickin', Brews and Don't Call Me are better originals),

and NOFX improve I am the One (im not a massive fan of the rancid version of this, or the nofx version to be fair), and make an equally good Olympia WA, (and interesting Radio too) but worse on Corazon de oro and worse on tenderloin and antennas.
